From start to finish, she was on every detail and very attentive to getting the buyers concerns addressed and following through on thoroughness of the contractors she hired. Our house sold in about 3 weeks compared to similar houses still sitting on the market. She was spot on with the target range of a selling price as we got a full price offer on the 2nd showing. The selling process was seamless. She has great communication skills and acutely listened to our desires. She was our realtor both in buying the new place and selling the old place. I thought the old place was going to take months to sell. It only took a few days to get the contract! She’s very knowledgeable and any time a problem comes up, she’s all over it. She’s one of the best and I’d recommend her to anyone. She works with a team, including Abby Chitty, and they do a great job as well. It does cost money to sell a house with a realtor, but with Cheyenne it’s worth it! She earns her commission.
