He knew it was a very emotional time for our family to sell our childhood home. He was very understanding in helping us make sure that everything was done professionally and in anything that needed to be done. He looked into it for us, because we are still currently taking care of our mom and he knew it was just a lot of work in preparing the home to be sold and also be taking care of our mother at the same time . Experiencia fantástica: Samuel helped me get get a bank owned property. I kept going to different realtors and I kept getting told 1st time home buyer 1st time home buyer type of loan. Samuel was the 1st one to give me different options of lenders. I got to a lender who said that I could get a type of loan where it didn't have to be 1st time home buyer which led me to getting a bank on property which I plan on reselling in the future.
