My husband and I were looking to buy our 1st home but being life long renters we had no idea where to start. It was scary and we had no idea what to do or where to start. My husband had just recently started a new job and I have been a bartender/server my whole life (which should make it incredibly difficult) it was not. They showed us so many houses and were always on the hunt for more. Never settling for anything but amazing. Not only that neither of us had credit. No credit cards just paid our bills on time. Which is another financial hurdle to get through. They were so wonderful. Hooked us up w a financial person who taught us how to build REAL credit fairly quickly. Besides doing that, they explained why we were doing everything we were doing every step of the way. They were beyond friendly, helpful & encouraging. They even helped us understand things to worry about in certain homes w some huge red flags that we would have never known about (that we insisted we wanted to which would have made them more commission) but they honestly didnt care about that (the money) They truly wanted us in the nicest house in our budget that we could comfortably afford. They were so patient with us the whole time to make sure we found the home we all agreed was the best. It had everything we wanted. Everyday I wake up and we can't believe we have a single home in the suburbs w a large yard in a beautiful neighborhood. Growing up in row homes in Olney & Feltonville this seemed like a nearly impossible goal for us, But not for Kurt & Donna they knew they would find us a beautiful home to live our lives in and I'm so thankful to have met them. I honestly can't believe it. They truly made what we thought was a pipe dreams come true! I really can't recommend them enough. They are great at what they do, not to mention Fun, Smart, Honest & Funny! We always looked forward to seeing them for a house showing. they kept our spirits so high when we thought we weren't going to find something. They never gave up and never let us lose hope and here we are almost 7 years in our beautiful home with credit scores above 750 all thanks to them. Can't thank them enough. ♥️
