Experiencia fantástica: There are so many reasons to work with Jeff and his team that I don't know where to begin. We were moving from Virginia with a very tight timeline and a long list of "wants". Jeff was unfailingly responsive, upbeat, honest and patient as we sped through showings and an offer. We did not start our selling process with Jeff, but we should have! Jeff gave us honest feedback on what we needed to do to improve our selling odds and helped connect us with reasonable contractors to prep the house. When it was listed, the photos and marketing were phenomenal. Being so far from a major asset is tough! Jeff was our eyes on the property while we were away, and we were confident that our house was looked after. During the whole time, it was as if Jeff was our personal concierge realtor - as if he had no other clients. He had very high quality photographs taken of the house, and they were presented in a manner that made it easy to understand the layout of the house. All this, combined with his excellent marketing plan, created strong interest in our house which led to a quick and easy sale at a very very good price. It was a true pleasure to work with Jeff for several reasons. One, as mentioned, he did a great job for us. Two, he has very high ethical and professional standards and treats everyone well. What isn't obvious but so exemplary is his follow through to the closing for your property. Jeff does an exceptional and extraordinary job with all the details. When you ask him a question and he responds, "I'll handle it" or "Stand by", he means it and our stress level reduced immediately. We moved out of state and signed necessary documents ahead of time. Jeff took care of the rest, including following up and being sure our wire transfer of funds occurred quickly and smoothly. This was our 8th primary residence.
