Calm wasn't even a quality I knew I desired, but it sure helps because home buying is stressful. I met Kelly at an open house he was hosting in Wilmington. Since I'm not from Delaware, I had many questions about the quality of neighborhoods based on my priorities. The first one was safety. I could tell by the way Kelly answered my questions that he was far more knowledgeable than another agent I had a few initial conversations with.
