Experiencia negativa: I signed a PA with Yarira for a parcel of land I was selling in the Twin Cities. After she confirmed we were good to go she let me know the next day that her buyer changed his mind and they were cancelling the executed PA and keeping the EM even though they had no contingencies in the PA. I would recommend staying away from this realtor as she does not do business ethically.
