I was looking to buy my first home and I was absolutely terrified about the whole process. I also had to find a home in less than a month because my landlord was not willing to provide a monthly lease to allow me more time to search for a home. In just two weeks I found a home that I loved, we placed an offer, and we got the home despite the multiple other offers! I’m not just thankful for Karissa helping me get the home that I loved (on my first and only offer), but I am also so thankful for the support she provided throughout the whole process. I was very scared and stressed and she helped me in so many ways. With the short timeline I had, she lined up multiple showings every week so we would not waste any time. She was also honest which I appreciated the most. She didn’t sugarcoat anything or try to “sell” any of the homes. She truly wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and if she didn’t think it met my expectations she let me know it.
