We met on a fluke one Saturday afternoon when we were bored and driving around looking for open houses. Right away we connected, he was funny, friendly, and extremely competent. I hated filling out the visitor forms because you get inundated with spam - but not Steve. I got a follow up email a few days later, but it wasn’t pushy, or fake. I politely told him I wasn’t ready/in a place to sell my home and buy just yet and he respected that. He said he would check back in after a few months. And that he did. Over the course of TWO YEARS he put up with me, never getting annoyed, pressuring me, or writing me off. Finally, in the spring of 2021 it was time. While stress is to be expected, him and his team have been the best to work with. I would never use another realtor. His AMAZING assistant, Kelly, is like the best friend you never knew you needed. I feel like I’ve known her for years! She is bubbly, funny, and much like Steve, she has made everything so simple; making it easy to always be in contact with her!
