Our 5-bedroom house was stuffed to the gills from 25 years of living. The house was also quirky, with no comparable properties, but Daniel and Tom were undaunted. They broke down the process of downsizing and preparing the property for sale into clear and manageable bits, and offered ample assistance at every step. They were excellent at managing a team of electricians, plumbers, painters, handymen, landscapers, cleaners, and stagers.
