Experiencia fantástica: As a Vendor we have been working with Keystone for a very long time. Even before they were Keystone. They have always treated us fairly and right. Our experiences with the managers have always been nothing less than great! They are easy to work with and do a great job of communicating to their HOA's! This makes our jobs so much easier when we are doing concrete and asphalt projects for them.

Experiencia negativa: Please contact me if you want to hear endless stories about how negligent, wasteful, and unhelpful this “company” behaves for pay. Edit: Their response is a lie to fool new potential customers. They will not contact me, as they have specifically said in emails. This is the worst HOA I’ve ever encountered and I have only encountered very very poor HOAs. These guys are the worst of the worst.

They keep raising prices and when you email them regarding issues outside that they contractually cover, they tell us to take care of it and then, get this, send violations on it!!!!!. Idk how they sleep at night doing this to people and absolutely looting them.

Experiencia fantástica: WestPro recently completed a roofing project with a community managed by Keystone, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight Roxana, the community manager we worked with. She has been absolutely fantastic. Her communication and responsiveness are truly top-tier, making the entire project seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Roxana is proactive, organized, and consistently on top of every detail. Strong managers like her are exactly what make management companies successful. Based on this experience alone, I would be more than happy to refer any board seeking a change in management to Keystone. Working with her was smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Experiencia negativa: Keystone is by far and away the absolute worst HOA management company that i have experienced as a homeowner. Our community manager doesn't seem to care that what they does impacts our daily lives. I raised a sanitation issue with them in the october board meeting and not only is this unresolved but i haven't gotten an update from them since January and that update was only that they'd provide an update later (never followed through). I had to take to finding other members on linkedin and still nothing. Additionally, we don't have consistent trash pick up and all the community manager does is send extremely unprofessional updates (if you can call them that), they don't communicate about high severity issues like water shut offs being extended, they have said during HOA board meetings that they'd rather not "have real conversations with people" and cannot be reached by phone. The lack of communication, professionalism, and empathy from this organization is truly astounding. If i could give a 0 star review, i absolutely would. I have no confidence that anybody in this organization actually cares at all about the communities that they serve.

Experiencia fantástica: Gotta give major credit to Christina Benevides — she absolutely came through for my sellers. She worked tirelessly to get the existing violations cleared and pushed everything forward so we could get to the closing table. I especially appreciate her making a site visit on the coldest day in January just to assess the violations in person. Nobody does that. Thank you, Christina, for your dedication and hard work.

Experiencia negativa: those 5 star reviews you see here is the company getting co workers or close family members/friends to write them… they were in the 2 star ratings last year and had to find some solution to make themselves look better. this hoa is the worst one that’s taken over and they are terrible at communicating and running everything. on top of that the trash company hasn’t taken our trash yet (they come sundays) they did not come on the 11th and we were told they would then come on the 14th which they didn’t and our property management said that the trash company was ignoring her calls. of course they would that’s karma for how terrible you all have been since taking over. anyways if you are looking into moving anywhere where this management has control over the property i would look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble

Experiencia negativa: No hot water from Friday to Sunday, so far. They sent notices out with No ETA of when repairs will be finished. This isn't the first time water issues occurred here at Woodstream Falls Condos. It's a habitability issue but they're taking their sweet time. My mom is elderly and disabled, pays her rent and never causes trouble, although that doesn't matter. There are laws in Colorado that are here to protect tenants from slums just like this. We are exercising our rights so she can be treated like a human being, unlike the way they are treating the residents. It's nobody 's fault you took over this property, you're still responsible to keep it habitable. Excuses, and trying to fix it aren't enough anymore! Per SB 24-094 and the Habitability Act CRS 38-12-503, et. seq.

Experiencia negativa: I've lived at HTC for 12 years. The dual HOA boards are dysfunctional bureaucracies. We need a single hands on professional community management company without so much HOA participation. Plus, the bylaws include way too many committees. Worst problem I personally have is the speeding that we have in the community because there is NO enforcement with Thornton PD lacking jurisdiction. Neither HOA board takes responsibility for the problem. So we literally have an accident just waiting to happen.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give ZERO stars. They’ll sure hound you for money but never pick up their phones. I mean ever. You almost have to harass them every SINGLE hour and day. If you do get Cristy on the phone, she is the WORST! Speaking to me as if I am a child. You can send notices but not see payments I’ve made. Now why would I trust in giving any more money when you all are so incompetent? Literally know nothing but collecting money. Absolutely infuriating and quite frankly I’m done. I’ll be contacting a lawyer instead. Maybe then that’ll put some fire into correcting issues that they just seem to not be able to fix.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, there is no option to leave zero star review here, as Keystone Pacific Property Management company does not deserve more than zero stars rating. Our community is currently under their management and I and all my neighbours have only negative experience with that company. They are not responsive and never answer phone calls or reply emails if you contact them regarding concerns or even in emergency situation, hovewer they are very active when they trying to collect your money. Our community manager is Virginia Johnson.

Experiencia fantástica: Kelly Miller Keystone Properties, is our facilities manager for Broadlands Master HOA. Kelly is always there when needed. Responsive, helpful, kind, knowledgeable of all things people in her HOA community. On several occasions over the past 6 years Kelly has gone above and beyond to help me. Her response time and communication skills are exactly what I need from my leadership team. I am on most monthly calls, and Kelly engages all members who attend, with style and grace. My sincere thanks to Kelly for all she does for all of us, and many times just me.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve lived in my community for several years, and I can honestly say the positive changes we’ve seen are largely thanks to Debra Vickery and the team at Keystone Property Management. Debra has shown incredible dedication and professionalism in managing a property that’s truly unique, with a mix of everything from first-time homebuyers to elderly residents aging in place, and even some challenging rental situations. Since she took over about five years ago, the neighborhood has become cleaner, safer, and much better maintained. Debra doesn’t shy away from the tough issues and always approaches problems with fairness and consistency. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people who live here and the community as a whole. Keystone is lucky to have her, and so are we. Highly recommend!

They do an excellent job of keeping our neighborhood clean, safe and beautiful. In particular, Kelly Miller keeps our Active Adult Center and pool in tip-top condition. Experiencia negativa: NO stars. They just took over management of our HOA several months ago and many of my neighbors in Saddle Rock are not happy. They don't respond to calls and inquiries, they have delayed a fencing project for months and have failed to communicate. They basically are taking money and doing nothing. Clearly they are trying to deceive people by having a slew of positive reviews written because there are plenty of customers that think they are the worst. Jessica is our manager and I completely disagree with any positive reviews about this person.

Experiencia fantástica: Keystone Management, especially Jessica Azzarano, our manager does a really fantastic job. Our Association has gone through some major changes recently and Jessica led us successfully through them all. I know some residents were not happy with the Special Assessment we had, but due to the increases in the cost of insurance we had to have this Special Assessment. Jessica skillyfully led our Board through the process and the vast majority of residents understoood and agreed with the assessment. Jessica did a great job of addressing everyone's concerns and worked closely with our Association to help individuals set up plans they could handle. Additionally, Jessica just took us thorough a change to our Snow Removal Policy, taking a survey, publishing the results (we didn't have to attend a meeting to find out the results) and clearly providing the details of the new Policy. Jessica has handled my maintenance in the same manner, great communications and fast good results. I know what a thankless job this management job can be and I am so happy to have Keystone and Jessica managing us. I have lived in other HOA communities and this is run so much better than my previous companies.

Experiencia fantástica: Our community has had the best experience with Keystone Denver, after our last management company, Keystone Denver has been a breath of fresh air. Our last manager and present manager have two separate styles of managing but have both proven to be awesome. We are a needy community and both managers have stepped up to the plate. Our current manager Christina has been amazing, the vast knowledge she has procured. She is gentle natured but not afraid to push back on vendors where needed, we need someone like her on our team and now have it. We cannot thank Christina and Keystone Denver enough for being the management company we so needed for our community.

Experiencia fantástica: Our HOA is still in the Honeymoon phase with Keystone, but so far I have no complaints, they have been very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable with regard to keeping us current with State Rules and regulations. Our property Manager is on top of all requests both community and Board requests. Personally, I am very pleased.

Experiencia negativa: I've lived at one of the properties that Keystone is the HOA and recently started participating in the board meetings. As someone who has lived in this property for nearly 3 decades Keystone has proven they are the worst of the HOAs. They claim that they send communication online, via email, or regular mail and there is nothing. When confronted on the board meetings their explanation is "we've talked about it on these meetings." Like NO! That is not the official way of communicating with your residents. When our insurance asked for letters with dates about roofing Christy refused to provide the letter AND kept stalling with my agent at the insurance. I've never met such abhorrent type of people in my life. When asked about the financing option through HOA for roofing update, only response in the email was "12%" and when another resident asked about it her response was "it is either 6 or 8 percent" and that she had to check the paperwork even though she responded back to me as it is 12%. They lie quite a lot and the roofing for us is a bit suspicious since they said "we have sent communications to everyone in January 2025" but letter states it was sent in March 2025 but we received it in May 2025. That is 4 months unaccounted for. Also, these last few 5 star reviews in the last 24 to 48 hours are rather suspicious considering I've made my complaints on Wed 8/27/2028 to Christy and all of a sudden they are getting 5 star reviews by colleagues, shouldn't these reviews come from your customers? Really suspicious.

Experiencia negativa: This property management just did a money grab of over 1 million dollars. This is a wasteful/terrible property management company. Greedy. All they care about is putting money in their pockets. They don't take care of properties. There is a loss assessment that has been open since 2023 and now we can't sell our home due to an unwarrantable status. Run if these people become your HOA. You'll never be invited to HOA meetings until the day of.

They need to work on their communication and customer service skills. I wish we had a better company managing our property. Compassion and empathy still exist. They need to start showing it.

Experiencia negativa: The people who run this are very unprofessional. Don't have any urgency about anything. We had a fire in May of '25. It finally was being repaired in August. They will lie to you, put you off, blame the owner, abuse the owners, and do anything just so they can do nothing. Everything is "reactive" instead of "proactive." Lazy lazy lazy incompetant people Spent 9 months trying to get my HOA dues account corrected. It went from them cutting me a check of $900 for an overage in the account to me owing $900. Their accounting is so messed up. Then they had nerve to write me nasty e mails blaming ME for THEIR mistake and charge me all kinds of bogus late fees, interest, collection fees, and other made up fees to rip me off. Just horrible people that have no biz running an association for the board of directors. Any good reviews on hear I am sure are FAKE and put in place by Keystone to boost their rating and secure future rip offs of other HOA boards of directors. Their bad service comes from the top down from the main office in Orange County Ca. People there are just as rude/lazy etc.

Experiencia negativa: This has to be one of the worst property management companies in the business. I've posted copies of email and a log of unfinished requests since last fall. I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Keystone and our property manager, Jenna. Communication is poor—issues clearly outlined in our documents are ignored or met with vague responses like “I’ll speak to the board,” but there’s rarely any follow-up or resolution. Simple requests, like getting a paint code for a small touch-up, turn into unnecessary contractor jobs that waste time and money. When it comes to bigger issues, like repeated late-night parties from Airbnb rentals, Jenna gives conflicting answers and ultimately passes the responsibility back to residents, with no real action taken. Maintenance is also a problem: leaking gutters and fading paint have gone unaddressed for months, and excuses are made instead of solutions. For example, I was told a paint job couldn’t be finished due to “dog urine” on my porch, which is both untrue and unprofessional. Overall, Keystone’s mismanagement is costing our community money and peace of mind. If you’re considering using their services, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: For anyone reading this post. Please stay away from the apartment on South Kittredge Street, Aurora Colorado. In general stay out of Aurora if financially possible. Since moving to Colorado back in September 2024, it has been an experience dealing with a tenant living below me who has had prior issues in the past with the home owner regarding the placement of new wooden floors. When my wife and I moved in, we had no recollection of the issues and were just happy to move in. On the second night my wife and I were in our house, walking around and speaking about future plans. When then here loud banging all across our floors which left us puzzled, confused and curious where this noise was coming from. I walked outside and could hear screaming from the unit below us, so I knocked on the door and was introduced to Yolanda R. Daniels (62). First impressions were not pleasant. Very rude. Told us the issues and suggested us to move out immediately. I at first told her I would help her contact the HOA to solve the issue but as time passed, she began coming to my door at 6 AM. I knew this was going to be an issue. You can assume things got worse as days progressed. I got in contact with Christy Shafner from Keystone, not much was done in her part. She admitted she has dealt with Yolanda in the past, stated she sent a noise complaint but cannot provide any evidence. Since then, this tenants wrath has escalated. I have had to take matters into my own hand and provide myself with security protection. The HOA has failed to do their part. If you are the business owner reading this review, I would consider re-evaluating who is employed here and make an evaluation on their performance. I am fortunate to have an understanding leasing company who is allowing me to move out and break my lease with no penalty. I believe once I leave, they will drop the contract with the home owner due to these issues with Yolanda living below. I have attached photos as evidence below. This will help those who are about to embark on business with Keystone and have a better understanding of what this company represents.
Experiencia negativa: I find Keystone to be poorly managed. I have a problem with my unit. It has been on-going for about 6 months now. I have contacted my Property Manager and her supervisor many times now, but nothing has been resolved. Also, the fees are too high for the lack of maintenance that is done on the property.
Experiencia negativa: Terrible property management! We’ve called several times and they NEVER answer, we’ve left voicemails and don’t get a return call. We’ve been trying to contact them about the heater system that nobody knows how to fix! We’ve called numbers that maintenance told us to call about this issue and they turn us to HOA…but they don’t ever answer.
Experiencia negativa: Having to deal with christy at keystone has been horrendous. She will not respond to your emails, will not return your calls and anytime she does answer the phone her tone of voice and attitude is alerting. So unprofessional. Wish we didn't even have to deal with this hoa.
Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I would. Since I bought my home in 2019, the HOA has been an ongoing headache. I set up automatic payments for the HOA dues, but they’ve switched platforms multiple times without notifying homeowners properly, leading to late fees and countless issues. I’ve had to reset my payments more than four times because of their constant platform changes. Now that the home is a rental, I don’t receive all their mailings, and this year, they switched platforms again, leading to a $160 late fee and collection costs. I’ve paid my dues, updated my address, and done everything on my part, but they refuse to remove the late fees—even though the problem stems from their repeated platform changes. I’ve emailed, called, and finally received a response telling me to come to a board meeting on October 30th to plead my case. Who has time for that? Where’s the accountability and customer service? This HOA has been nothing but a burden, and I would not recommend dealing with this level of disorganization to anyone. I have been in contact with Rachel Newberg and anyone who answers on the accounting line who just point me to her & she has to wait for the board to go over the details every month and there is no resolution or customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough positive things about Luke Konyn and Keystone as a whole. Luke is very knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond to concerns. He sees the big picture and does an excellent job of balancing the needs of the owners with the needs of the community. He is very good at resolving conflicts between parties. I have had experience with two other HOA management companies and there is simply no comparison between them and Keystone. Our previous company in our current community failed to provide financial statements for many months and when they finally did provide them, we discovered they were grossly inaccurate. Keystone provides accurate timely financial information which is essential because we are doing some major projects. Luke is always on top of the projects and maintains good communication between the vendors, owners, and board.

Experiencia negativa: You know all those horror stories you hear about HOAs? Keystone will give you that experience, and then some. To be fair, this review is for Maximum Property Management, who merged/bought/rebranded as Keystone. It's all the same though. And to be specific, be wary of Christy Schafer. Literally the most untrustworthy individual you'll have the pleasure of dealing with. You'll know if you got a letter from Christy without her name on it because you can sense the attitude from those written words. The level of professionalism is below anything I've ever seen.

My work orders were acknowledged within hours and addressed within appropriate timeline for my concerns. Overall - great job Jen and team, please keep up the good work!
Experiencia negativa: This HOA is committing crimes! They are threatening the residence that if they do not allow access or leave their doors unlocked the HOA will have a locksmith break into the units and charge the cost back to the owner. Last time I checked entry into a residential property without the owner's consent is BREAKING and ENTERING and is criminal act and a felony. This HOA is so out of line it is criminal. Do not hire this HOA unless you want your rights to be violated and your place to get broken into.
Experiencia negativa: I was given a 5, 6 weeks notice to pay this. My HOA's lack of communication failed to tell us in ADVANCE that the community's insurance policy was about to expire. So, as a result, they hit us with this charge. A big, fat, stinky thank you, Keystone and Westdale management. UPDATE My HOA dues at Westdale are now a staggering $544 a month, while Zillow states HOA dues are $330 a month. In 2 years, my HOA dues have increased by $200. This is my first home, and I gotta say, Westdale and Keystone Property Management, you are leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I just want to say you are not my friends, and if I saw any of you struggling for help in a dark alley, I'm walking right past you.
