Experiencia fantástica: OC Pro has been managing my condo in Orange since 2013. Mitch, Jessica, Kristi, and the team are wonderful! They handle everything, from plumbing issues, to new appliances, to landscaping issues, and the list goes on and on! Even when a tenant moves out (which has not happened more than a few times in the 13 years they've been managing my place--the tenants must feel cared for by OC Pro too), they handle advertising, repairs, interviews, and background checks to get me the very best tenants FAST! I don't think I've ever had to carry my mortgage for a month without a tenant, they move so quickly. They are able to ensure that I receive fair but competitive market value, while making sure I retain my tenants. And they always consult me on this decision with neighborhood comps in hand. Their service is just the right balance between being consulted when important decisions need to be made, and leaving me alone (LOL)! Really, I haven't had to think about my property very much at all. I can't believe that they do all that they do for the low price they charge. I know my place is in great hands with OC Pro and I appreciate each of them so, so much! You won't be sorry if you go with OC Pro Property Management.

Experiencia negativa: the experience I had with this company was super shady I was told to apply a certain way and so I applied for a house that way the guy told me I called and checked in multiple times to make sure they had everything and everytime I called a girl name Christy would answer and she just did not care was so standoffish I felt like I was being personally judged by her vs everyone else and when it came down to my application getting denied I couldn’t understand why considering I applied HOW THEY TOLD ME TO APPLY if you do this or that this will Evan out your odds but anyways I called them to ask why my application was denied and if there was anything I can do and instead of her saying no sorry there’s not i think the landlord chose someone else she rudely cuts me off as I’m speaking and says “it’s been rented” and I was just so uncomfortable like you could have some sympathy for your clients or be a little more nice than that she then completely went silent stopped talking and I was like okay thank you and she just hung up on me so yeah just beware of this person she’s clearly picking n choosing who she likes personally and this isn’t really going off your application but the Steve guy who did my tour was amazing and he deserves a raise for his job he made me feel like home like I knew him previously thank you Steve

Mitch Mills is not only patient and professional, he is very strong and consistent in his communication, work ethic, and he genuinely cares. He treated my property as if it was his. I am very happy with the way Mitch and his staff interact with my Clients. The fees are good and they are on top of paperwork. While I have heard horror stories from other owners about their property management experiences, I am pleased to say that I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Want to know how I decided to go with OC Pro? I picked up the phone book and started calling all the management companies. OC Pro was the only company where I actually reached a human on my first try. Everywhere else didn't even answer the phone, or required me to leave a message. I figured that if a company that was supposed to be taking care of my valuable investment couldn't even answer their phone, they were probably destined to fail in other areas too... From that first phone call, OC Pro has been responsive and attentive to my concerns. In one instance, my tenants were accused of letting their dog run free in the common area, and I was required by the HOA to attend a board meeting. I was living overseas at the time and was obviously unable to attend. I reached out to OC Pro and Mitch attended the meeting on my behalf, where it was determined that my tenants weren't even at fault. Additionally, their semiannual maintenance checks have caught potential issues before they have arisen, for which I am grateful. Finding renters was quick and painless too. All-in all, I am very glad to have found such a great company. Keep it up!
