Their online portal makes everything easy, including lease renewals, automatic payments, and submitting maintenance requests. We’ve only needed to contact them a couple of times, which I consider a good thing, and they’ve always been friendly and helpful. After a hailstorm damaged our screens, it was easy to submit a request and get a handyman scheduled. Overall, the process has been straightforward and low-maintenance, which we really appreciate.

Experiencia positiva: Wright property has been overall really great. When I first applied the leasing agent was very welcoming and nice. Showed us the property went through the application process with us. Explained all that we needed to apply. My application didn't yake long to approve and then signing the lease was easy. Moving day was pretty much seamless there was some hiccups where the code was sent to and the move in inspection took a long time which was hectic when you're trying to move stuff I would have really gathered done that the night b4. The year living here has been good maintenance requests get handled pretty quickly. There's only been a couple times trying to get a hold of someone about general question have been long in between calling and an answer they really should have more info for the receptionist so she doesn't have to get a hold of the leasing agent for basic questions.

When we moved out they charged us for everything that they never came to fix and now I’m in collections for 3k .. what really upsets me is we fixed a lot of things while we lived there.. time to take it to court ✅

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I rented from wright property for 3 years, always paid on time, significantly improved the property from the time we moved in, and had to move out unexpectedly. Upon moving out, we left the house clean and ready for new tenants to move in. When we received our security deposit, they took a large portion of it for “mandatory cleaning fees” even though the house did not need cleaned. I called, tried to get our full deposit back and staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to discuss the matter.

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I have rented a home from them for 3 years. We’ve taken care of it like it was our own and fixed many problems it had (from the last renter) ourselves. Replaced the outside shed door, plumbing issues, cat pee smell in the closet, broken windows left unchecked, etc. When we didn’t renew our lease to move elsewhere, we cleaned the place very thoroughly. We even came back multiple times to wipe down counters, sweep, mop, fill any holes and repaint, etc. They still took out a huge chunk of our deposit for cleaning as “they always hire cleaners.” Just know, if you rent with them, you’ll no matter what lose part, or all, of your deposit.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience I have had dealing with a person company in 35 years of a professional career in the finance industry and 15 years of experience owning and managing real estate in multiple states. Poor communication, does not pay attention to details, does not respond in a timely manner. Does not show any care or concern for the job they are paid to perform. I would not walk from them but I would run. I have never written a review of any company or person but this experience was so bad I felt I have responsibly to warn others. I terminated the management agreement with this company due to poor communication, lack of followup, no attention detail, hiring vendors to perform monthly services without my approval or I hired a new property management company and recently learned there were safety issues in my home that were not addressed by WPM and did not inform me or did not take action to correct . DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

Experiencia negativa: I am an owner of several rentals. I believe that Owners an renters should know that this company charges and has undisclosed fees to both parties. As most tenants know the owner pays a percentage to rent there properties, but what owners don't know, that Wright property management charges fees to tenants as well just to use their to just use there services. All parties involved should have knowledge of all fees. Does this management company work for me or the tenant and how much knowledge do they have of a working management company. I found that even though a tenant want a property but would prefer to move in on the 10th of the month instead of the first, the management company agreed to that (of course without my know) instead of finding another tenant that would move in and pay rent on the first or telling the tenant, "if they want the property they must start paying rent on the first. Sorry to say this wasn't the only continual practice of not doing their job. Too lazy I guess to find a new paying tenant. When I finally fired them it was because her husband who was an attorney in CA insisted I had to keep a tenant because they had produced a "certificate of an emotional support animal". Even though their own rental agreement says "must show you have been in therapy for the last 6 months". After I fired them I read the certification, which was dated three years prior and from a "doctor in Texas" As it turns out the tenant admitted he had never lived in Texas or had, had any therapy and this was a mail order certificate was awa

Experiencia fantástica: True professionals! I can't say enough about the team at Wright Property Management. I own a small apartment complex and sought out their services to manage my complex. The whole process from the start has been seamless. Until WPM I have never had a property management team that actually took the time to come out and do a walk through until partnering with Wright Property Management, their attention to detail and care for their clients is truly second to none. They are always very responsive to the tenants and have set my mind at ease with offering a truly turn-key service.

I work a varying schedule that’s always in flux so when I need a service done on the home, they always work around my schedule since I like to be home when things are done. The staff has always been friendly to me and the repairman is a down to earth kind of guy. I’m not very fond of surprises especially when it comes to my living arrangement so if one thing could be said about this place, it’s that they are consistent. Which I’m sure everyone could agree is a positive thing when it comes to where you lay your head at. You get what you put in i.e. communicate with them and they’ll work with you. Cheers! They are proactive and manage our investment properties (3 of them) better than anyone we have had in the past. They just handle anything that comes up and are on top of everything! Experiencia negativa: I rented from this property management office for 2 years, never missed a payment and upgraded the property including the kitchen sink facet and several other fixtures. It was not cleaned and had a inside door on the back door that was literally falling apart that’s I was told was going to be replaced when I moved in that was still there. (It never was) After I had my youngest son (in the middle of summer) my AC broke it took them 3 weeks to have someone come and repair it knowing that I had an infant at home! The only reason I was fixed is due to me calling the repair company, that didn’t even have a work order for my house. When I was finally able to purchase our first home we received almost nothing of our deposit back with them claiming the my service dog had destroyed the carpet that was extremely old and had not been replaced and was very worn when I moved in and was NOT damaged if anything was cleaner than when I moved in! Extremely unprofessional! The only people that cared about my family in this home were the actual owners of the property that we met by chance, and they were the only reason anything got fixed in the house! As a single mother of three, this establishment is unprofessional and they do not care about the PEOPLE that are renting from them! Wouldn’t recommend this management company to ANYONE!!

Experiencia fantástica: So far, everything in regards to WPM has been good. The people are friendly, and were very accommodating to us on our move in. They went as far as to let us move our stuff into the garage a little early so I didn't have to renew storage rental the following Monday & working around my Wife's labor induction. Any maintenance issues have been relatively easy to setup, and hopefully continues to be that way. In reference to another review on here; I think that it's kind of neat that they opt to run things off of in person transaction, phone, or through physical mail. I actually like this because of the old-school/small business feel it brings to the rental experience. Nothing but good experience on my end so far, lets keep it that way!

Experiencia negativa: I could not get an answer or return call and could not find a place online to apply, so I went to the office and they were closed during business hours. I see bad reviews from current AND past renters. Maybe not being able to apply is a blessing. I would not rent from here. There are many other managements in the area.

Experiencia negativa: I rented a property from wright for more than three years. My husband and I were excellent tenants. We never paid late, improved our property and had excellent relations with our neighbors. When it became time for us to become first time home buyers, we made multiple attempts to be in contact with Wright to make our move out process go smoothly on both ends. We allowed our house to be shown while we were at work and it, of course rented immediately. Our property was left clean both inside and out, cleaner than before we moved in. A collection was attempted by Wright FOUR days after we vacated and before we even received an invoice Wright was attempting to collect more than $1600 from us. Multiple calls, different 'new' staff members who all gave me different answers/figures, I ended up filing a small claims case against them. Pretty clear how they run their business...treating great renters like dollar figures instead of people. DO NOT RENT FROM WRIGHT.

Experiencia negativa: If you are a renter OR a homeowner looking for a management company who will take care of your property and keep good tenants BEWARE of WPM. If you do work with them as tenant I STRONGLY suggest that you do the following: Read the lease carefully as you will be responsible for things that might surprise you. Take pictures and videos before and after you leave the rental to show the condition you received and returned it. Make sure you request to be present during the walkthrough either in writing or change it on the lease as you have the right to have your interests represented to prevent a company from charging exaggerated or false charges. It is highly likely that even if you do request to be present , they will not do it. When you vacate the premise I would have a third party with you documenting with pictures and videos. The bottom line is this...... when working with this company cross every t and dot every i and have all correspondence in writing!

Experiencia negativa: Been renting all my life and these guys/girls Might be the WORST renting experience I have ever delt with. These people are incompetent and WILL make living in any property hard. They rarely fix problems they only “patch” them so expect to see the fix it guy every month if you have a leak or repair. They do not maintain the outside look of their rentals so expect to do that yourself if you care about yard appeal and MOST IMPORTANTLY PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF THE PLACE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN SO THEY CANT STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT ON PHONEY BS LIKE PAINT (when this is exactly how it was when I moved in. Asked for paint multiple times with no response)

Experiencia negativa: renting from WPM was fine until I moved out. They kept my entire deposit, and have attempted to get more money from me without any explanation why. The 1 notice I received about a balance due was threatening to go to collections by the end of the current month.

I am currently trying to find my Aunt a home called them made the appointment was told by Megan that it was first come first serve ran down to office gave the $80.00 dollars for background because I am helping my aunt first thing out of the mouth of the owner is there is a lot of yard work. Because she felt my aunt looked to frail I am guessing. I assured her that between myself , my husband and my brother we would take care of the property. The funny part is the damn lawn hasn't been mowed in weeks there are weeds all over the place . Then they give some damn stupid story about the owner picking after waiting 48 hours. First come my ass

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't end up renting from them (another person submitted their application an hour before me) so I can't comment on things like maintenance, etc. but in terms of service they were really excellent and kind to me. Even though I was late on that application, they held my application and fee in case things fell through, called me with regular updates on the situation and got in contact with me when another similar property opened up. I really do appreciate the level of attention they provided, even though I didn't end up choosing their property.

Experiencia negativa: Arranged to see a unit for rent; manager never showed up. After calling, was told that she was waiting for us at another unit. Rescheduled for later time that day, at which time we were told that the owner had just called her and rented the unit. A complete waste of our time and gas. Called them back a week later in regards to another rental, and our phone calls were never returned. This is no way to conduct business--a complete lack of professionalism!

Experiencia fantástica: Had no problems with renting from Wright Property. Their maintenance guy was awesome... I could call him and he would be over within 30 minutes. Had zero issues with moving out and getting my deposit back. I would recommend Wright Property to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible management, very dishonest and insincere. They treated us terribly after we complained about our disgusting living conditions and neighbors. They will fix NOTHING unless it is going to cost them more money in the long tun. And as others have mentioned they do keep much of your deposit for absolutely no reason. I also agree that the nonspecific positive reviews on here look suspiciously fake.
