Fantastic experience: My wife and I bought a really high quality condo in Treasure Island, FL. From a lending perspective, we had all the qualifications that a lender could ask for - adequate income, assets, low liabilities, good credit, etc. Yet somehow I selected a lender who seemed determined to not get the job done. Almost every day for weeks there was some new crisis. I lost count of how many times it looked like the deal could fall apart.
