Fantastic experience: If there were a 6th star then Mimi and Emily would get it! I can't say enough good things about Mimi and her entire team. We were living in Florida and decided to move back to Texas to be closer to family. So we needed to sell our home in Florida. A friend of mine had recommended Mimi and from the minute we contacted her we knew we were in good hands. The ability to sell the Florida house was dependent on buying a house in Texas as we wanted to be moved to Texas and out of the Florida house before we put it up for sale. Mimi had an associate in Texas that she recommended for our search there, and that went exceptionally well also, so we were able to get the Florida house on the market within only a few days of leaving for Texas. This included all of the photography, listings, postings, and all the rest of the things that were necessary to get it on the market. They were very communicative with lots of status updates and conversations via eMail, texts, and phone calls. They also had a lot of great recommendations when it came to negotiating with prospective buyers, up to and including the actual sale of the house. Once we had a buyer, the title company they work with stepped in and handled all of the various tasks necessary for the sale. Their process was efficient and easy. Even though we were living in Texas, the process of managing all of the agreements, documents, signings, etc. was able to be handled remotely and it was very convenient. I've heard so many horror stories from friends who were selling their houses, but this entire process was the opposite of that. Thanks again to Mimi, Emily, and all of the people who made this sale happen in a timely and pleasant manner.

Fantastic experience: Cindi Potsic was the best thing in my life during the months we were selling our Florida condo! She gave new meaning to the expression “Above and Beyond”. She made the entire selling experience a breeze for me. She did things that I’ve never known a realtor to do for a client. She finished cleaning out the last of our belongings when I had to leave town before I could finish the job. Dropped off paint and chemicals to the toxic waste drop off place, and helped me find any and every professional we need to get the place ready to sell.This woman works hard! And always with a smile and a cheerful lilt to her kind voice. Even after the deal was closed and I forgot to change the delivery address on my Amazon account, she spent hours of her time picking up packages and returning them for me to get me refunds and what she couldn’t do that with, she boxed up and sent to me in Arkansas! We had not sold a home in over 25 years and she guided us through every aspect of our sale. Emily was very informative about every step. Fantastic experience: I worked with Alice Burnham as my buyer agent. Unfortunately, I needed her assistance two different years because we couldn't find a home that worked for us in 2023. However, both times I worked with her she was awesome. The first time, my husband and I weren't exactly sure what we needed but she was great tossing ideas at us and how we could adapt things to our lifestyle. She really listens and wants to find homes that work for your needs. In 2023 we put in an offer on a home but felt we needed to walk due to some issues found during the inspection. I never felt pressured into taking the deal. As soon as we started to waiver she laid out options for us - how we could move forward with fixing the house and how to back out of the deal. Solid facts, so we could make the best decision for our family. Last year we might have surprised her by calling up and telling her that we found our house (a new build) but need help with process. I could not have done this without her. She kept up with all the different people in the process and coordinated most things for me so I could focus on life hitting me sideways. I also used her as a professional buffer when I got frustrated with any of the other people not doing what we needed so we can close on time. She is fantastic, knows her stuff and is an absolute queen for getting you to closing. Everyone else, including Mimi, are super awesome at explaining things and are positive & professional to work with. There were a few instances where Mimi needed to cover for Alice and there was no difference in the quality of service because Mimi was always filled in on where we were in the process from the weekly updates Alice sent through email. If I win the lottery and decide to move out of my new home, I will definitely be going back to Alice & Mimi.
