Negative experience: Someone from this company has contacted me for YEARS via text about a property I don't own and have never owned. IF it wasn't them the whole time, then they just bought my phone number from someone who has my phone number assigned to a house on Packwood Ave in Seminole Heights, Tampa. I've finally found what company it is, they've been pretty secretive and elusive about the company theyre from. I've spoken directly with multiple sales agents and via text msg and by phone, requested my information be removed from their sales contact list. Next "review" is going to be to the BBB.

When you try to sell "By Owner" you end up getting quite a few calls from agents wanting to sell for you. We never do that. Until Steven came along. Fantastic experience: Adam “checks all the boxes”!!!! My wife and I moved to Florida from out of state with damaged credit and in the midst of a pandemic. Adam started In our process with us early on. He was always willing, and available when we needed him, whether it was to go see some houses or just answer a question (and we had a lot). He accommodated our very large search area, and kept our entire wish list, and must haves committed to memory. Adam has a very detailed knowledge of the business, several connections when it comes to inspection, insurance, and more. Him being from the area definitely helps him to identify great places to live and for us, that helped to narrow our search area a bit and really focus on where we wanted to call home. He is 100% adaptable to his clients. We always knew in the back of our minds he wasn’t helping just us, but that was never present in our interactions and during showings he was always completely focused on us.
