Fantastic experience: Working with Tyson to sell our home, was a great experience! He went above and beyond to find us our new home as well, and made sure it checked all our boxes. Tyson was quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the entire process and is just an all around a great guy!

Negative experience: Buying a home is supposed to come with a lot of emotions and at times stress. As a buyer, you should be able to trust your realtor to help you navigate the murky waters and to be there to help get you the best deal. This was not the case with our realtor, Eric Wood (apart of this team). He was unable to explain simple procedures (like if our curtains should stay) let alone more complex situations. Eric simply sent everything over to eSign with zero explanation to the document. When told our bottom lines and biggest desires he did not do the proper paperwork to ensure those were taken care of. He was unable to negotiate anything in our favor on either the buying or selling side of the deal. He was unable to adequately deal with tough questions, high emotions or stern inquiries from either my husband or myself. We attempted to reach out to his superiors but never got a return phone call or email. I would think twice about signing with him to buy or sell your home. He admitted he was new; however, his team has not provided the proper support to ensure his customers are getting what they need or paid for. This was a terrible experience and if I could I would give a zero star rating.
