Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that this was almost a two year process. Initially I asked Richie and Taleen to come over and look at my house during the pandemic to possibly move out of state. We ended up staying, but then saw a house in our town that would better suit us, so we asked to list our house. Unfortunately the purchase fell through so we ended up not selling. Then, in April of 2023 we quickly put our house back on the market and it was sold within 3 weeks. This is where the fun begins; Taleen must have shown us 20+ houses in the next 4 weeks, spending hours with us and driving back and forth between our town and the one we were looking for. I sent her texts all day everyday - she assured me to not panic about finding a house, and she was right! Sure enough she negotiated a purchase for us in a great home. I would use the Krug Team again, for sure!

Fantastic experience: It would be impossible to encompass how thrilled we were with the service we received from The Krug Team, but I'll try to come close. We just closed on our new home and Rich and Taleen were there to answer every one of our questions, day/night/holiday. Fantastic experience: Cathy and Mark Razzano's motto should be "we go above and beyond" because that's what they do. We contacted Cathy around 6 months before we planned to put our house on the market. Several times, she came over and helped us figure out how to prepare the house to go up for sale without having to spend a lot of money doing so. She recommended great workmen when we needed them. When it came time to put the house up for sale, she and Mark were there for every showing and open house. Cathy consistently gave us great advice throughout the process. In terms of going above and beyond - knowing that my husband and I are immune compromised, she made every potential buyer wear a face mask and shoe booties when coming in the house. Cathy was always a text message away throughout the whole process. Additionally, even though we were buying a house in another state, she looked over all the papers we had to sign in Colorado as well as the inspection report on our new house and offered great suggestions and advice. When we ran into issues with the house we were buying in Colorado and became upset, she calmed us down and always offered sound advice. Cathy really cares about her clients and watches out for their best interests. She helped what was an overwhelming, stressful situation become easy, manageable and profitable in the end. In the month of June I was selling my home by OWNER and Rich reached out to me regarding clients who wish to see my home.
