Negative experience: This guy does not belong in this business,rude cocky and I listed for sal by owner im in no rush to sell tells me my pictures look like a kid took them .well they are just pictures of memories not professional pictures I put up fir 2 days and this guy is insulting me(who cares) cause I wouldn't give him listing. Says he works from home in oceanside but looks like Levittown. Im a disabled person and very lucky to live in a beautiful neighborhood in South Merrick I raised my son myself not many men get full custody of their children now my son is 28 and very successful. Beware of this guy I will be calling BBB and Make a complaint plus the RealEstate licensing board.i cannot believe how disrespectful he was.if he ever shows up at my home i will call nassau 7th precinct.unless under another name not listed with BBB

Fantastic experience: Mike is a soft spoken individual that is able to connect well with clients and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that both parties are satisfied in a timely fashion. You’d be making a mistake if you didn’t pick him to be your agent!

Negative experience: Disappointing, unprofessional from what I've seen.

Fantastic experience: Mike was amazing, handled everything from the listing through the open house through the offer and negotiation process. I was not living at the property since it was inherited and he even called a landscaper to keep the property looking tip top shape. Highly recommend him and you can’t beat the 1% cost to have a great realtor. Save your money and your piece of mind and go with Mike!

Negative experience: awful agent. filing an ethics complaint, do not recommend. if you sign with him, make sure you do it for less time than we did (90 days) or else he will hold you hostage.

He got her asking price and did everything possible to help her with this emotional sale.....he even rolled his sleeves up and helped her load the heavy stuff into the dumpster! Negative experience: My realtor and I had a 3pm appointment and he never showed up or called back. He contacted her at 9am to confirm our appointment today and has been unresponsive. We are both coming from Long Island and if we didn’t have other showings this would be a complete waste of time. Will never want to see anything listing he has and seller be ware. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Negative experience: What a pathetic commentary. LIES. It took over four months. Talk about delusions of grandeur. What a bitter, whiny broker. Spare yourself grief. He charges 1%. With Michael Gregoretti, you get what you pay for. 1% of attention, effort, and rapport with sellers AND buyers. He repeatedly tried to crash the deal to relist for a higher price/commission. Spare yourself a nightmare. Find someone else.
