Vishal Jakhu VORO "The Rental King Team"

Negative experience: Update : WE trusted him to find us the perfect tenants. Guess what... he needed to get the most hellish tenants out of a friends house so he stuck them in ours. " great payment profile ... lived at the last place for 2 years .. always pays on time" ... yeah .. NO These Tenants had repairs pop up in a fully renovated house and every month the demands were more than what they owed in rent. He forgot to mention that one person who was going to live in th house was a "real estate agent". She decided to subdivide the house illegally, while charging people to live there and lived in the basement for Free. They started a auto repairs business in the driveway of a residential neighborhood. it's been 5 months, trying to get these people has been a process and thousands of dollars spent and unpaid rent and damages... Tried reaching out to "The Rental King", he decided to go with excuses first that he was gonna call back, then decided to completely stop answering our calls. We trusted him as you can read from our reviews below and he completely took advantage of our Trust. I would never do business with this guy who's only worried about his commission and trying to outsell his losses while burning relationships !!! BTW - He pay's you to write a 5 star review !!! ---- I can't recommend The Rental King enough to fellow landlords. Finding quality tenants can be a challenge, but The Rental King took the stress out of the entire process. He efficiently marketed my properties, background screened potential renters thoroughly, and found me the perfect tenant's quickly. Vishal & his team were professional, communicative, and always kept me informed throughout the leasing process. We've leased multiple properties through him and will utilize him every chance we get. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind. If you're a landlord looking for a top-notch rental agent, look no further than "The Rental King!"

Fantastic experience: The time frame which they gave me they finished the job before time

Fantastic experience: It’s always refreshing dealing with an agent that’s straight forward and does what he says he’s doing to do. Very professional and knowledgeable

Negative experience: I would strongly caution anyone before working with this real estate broker. My family member was shown and rented an apartment that appears to be an illegal rental unit with serious safety and habitability issues, including lack of proper heat and unsafe living conditions. These are not minor issues — these are basic requirements for legal housing. At no point during the showing or rental process were these conditions or the possible illegal status of the unit disclosed. Renters trust licensed real estate professionals to guide them toward safe, legal housing, and that trust was completely broken in this situation. This experience has caused serious stress, financial loss, and safety concerns for our family. No renter should have to question whether the place they were shown is even legal to live in. I strongly recommend that anyone working with this broker independently verify certificates of occupancy, permits, and legal use of any unit before signing anything. I hope this review pushes for better transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility toward renters.

Negative experience: Not recommending

Negative experience: I was at the location to see a apt with my Baby in a freezing cold weather. The dude just stopped answering my phone and texts. He more a scammer than a rental agent. Not recommending at all if you really don’t wanna waste your time find someone else not this SCAMMER
