Fantastic experience: We have now purchased and sold with Ylonda on two different occasions and would hire her again in a heartbeat! Our first experience was when we moved from California to Kuna a few years ago, and then again, this last year, when we moved out of state and put our house on the market after the fact. This was our first experience leaving a state without selling our house first and it was a giant leap of faith for our family! Fantastic experience: I guess I never posted the following review when we bought our first home with Ylonda Hays a couple of years ago, so here it is: We were able to buy a home and sell our old home within a couple of weeks of each other. Ylonda sent us listings, and we found the home we bought. Even though, she was due to go out of town for the holiday weekend, she set aside time in her tight schedule to show us the home and research any pertinent details, we made an offer the same day. Initially our offer was the 'back-up' offer, as the owner's chose to take a cash offer. But, when that cash offer fell through, we were able to buy the home. If there's a home you really want, it's worth it to take a back-up position, if offered, if your initial offer isn't accepted. From the very first, Ylonda was down to earth and friendly. My husband and I truly both saw her as someone we could call 'friend'. That is not something we are used to feeling about a person in any 'sales' industry! She didn't pressure us about hurrying to get our house sold, once our offer was accepted. She told us there was 'no pressure' to rush to put it on the market right away. That took a lot of the pressure of selling and moving in a very short space of time off of us and we were able to wait to move into our new home until we could do some remodeling to it first. When we put our old home on the market a couple of weeks later, it sold in a weekend. Ylonda also guided us through the processes of buying and selling with her expertise in the real estate industry. She navigated the 'fine print' in offers and contingencies and provided advice, understanding of the business and wording and also understanding and alleviating any concerns we might have. She has contacts within the industry and was able to suggest home inspectors and trades people who could give quality advice, repairs and estimations in a very timely matter. We feel as if we have made a new friend This was not the first home we bought/sold, but it was by far the easiest! Fantastic experience: Jason Winkle is an absolutely wonderful Realtor. I met Jason through an online email exchange, as my family was visiting Boise in hopes of finding a new home. Jason worked with us for a few days and we found a home we wanted to buy. The home wasn’t built yet. Since we lived in California, Jason kept track of how things were going on the home as it was being built. He made it very easy to complete all the paperwork from a long distance and worked with our builder as needed on different issues that came up during the building process. We received regular updates on the progress being made. After we purchased our home, Jason continued to visit our home, to make sure all was ok, until we moved in three months later. Jason’s knowledge of the real estate market and Boise area is superb, and especially helpful for people moving to Boise for the first time. When I contacted Jason, either by email or phone, he responded immediately or extremely quickly. When he was out of town he had great support from his colleague, Ylonda Hays. From the beginning, Jason made an extra last minute trip to show me the house I was buying so my son who was leaving for a few months could see. The viewing made an impression on my son and he was able to pick out his room. This was important because he would be in Pennsylvania when the rest of us would be moving into our new house.
