Fantastic experience: Wow...where do I even begin?!? We all know one-thousand realtors, right? And so, the decision of choosing a realtor, to me/us, comes down to... being close-enough to someone that you have complete faith and trust in, but not too close, because it's almost like getting naked in front of someone...it's deeply personal, or so it becomes that way. It's a delicate balance between keeping a professional disposition but also feeling unrestricted enough to be able to speak your mind freely and even lose it at times. We needed someone that understood, felt, respected and was completely aligned with that philosophy and with us. Afterall, I'm mostly "June Cleaver" but with a side of "Snoop Dogg" at times, as I like to say. I met Manda and Stacey at an event, unrelated to real estate, and within a year, they had our home sold...Full-price, almost all-cash offer, in a market that was a little sleepy and buyers were a bit "fickle". They staged our home in all the ways we desired and made sure it was perfect. Stacey even decorated our dining room chalk board with OUR favorite features of our home in her beautiful handwriting! They completely blew our minds with the most thoughtful marketing, which represented our unique home so well, with the most thoughtful details to appeal to the masses, but also had a bit of our identity included, which charmed our pants off! They noticed, paid attention and listened and it was evident that what was important to us, was important to them! It was clear that this wasn't just a "business transaction" to them and they operate with such genuine empathy and understanding! On some of our harder days, we were surprised with the most beautiful flowers, cookies and words of encouragement. They never neglected to take our calls, answer our emails or texts...annnnnnd you get TWO amazing agents advocating for you for the price of one! If one isn't available, then the other is! Dynamite arrangement/partnership to ensure that their clients needs are never neglected. No sale or transaction is ever the same, or easy, but every step of the way, they completely SHINED! Absolute rockstars...we can't even convey the level of gratitude that we have for Manda, Stacey and their entire team! We're not critical of people, but we do have high standards, and hold ourselves to them as well and this team is an absolute pillar that represents what it means to operate well-above the line... beyond any standard or expectation. This isn't our first real estate transaction, but is by FAR the best experience that we have ever encountered in this realm! We are SO grateful and although we are so thankful to be through this chapter, we find ourselves missing all of the personal attributes that they added to our lives. First, she referred us to a realtor in the Salt Lake area to help us sell our existing home. We were very happy with the agent she referred us to! We spent over nine months working with her to find our perfect retirement home. We relocated from the Salt Lake area and were not sure which part of town we wanted to live in and had a wide price range we were looking at. We spent many full days looking at over 30 homes! Jordyn's patience and professionalism was amazing! The home we were selling went under contract three times and fell through twice. Fantastic experience: From day one, Manda has been a champion for my family during a major life change. We moved to a new state during the pandemic with only 3 weeks between the time of deciding to list our home, and the date our children’s new schools would begin their fall semester in our new state. Fantastic experience: Manda helped us buy a 3 bed/2 bath single home on Boise’s central Bench in early January 2021. We were extremely pleased with Manda’s representation, experience and ability to hustle! As first-time home buyers we struggled to compete with all-cash offers well above our budget. Yet, Manda’s sharp instincts and careful planning helped us land exactly the type of house we wanted in a better location than we thought possible. Manda took the time to understand our goals and worked genuinely and patently to make them a reality. We never felt pressured to settle for a home that we were not excited about. However, she was also practical and helped us identify alternative paths to reach our goals in case our Plan A proved out of reach.
