He never pressured us to buy when the first inspection report came back with a lot of immediate and costly repairs. Fantastic experience: I worked with Mike Polasek to sell my home in Troy, MI. I chose to work with him because he presented me with a detailed plan for the marketing, showings, open house, etc. He answered all of my questions quickly and in detail and always made me feel comfortable with the process. We received multiple offers within the first week of being on the market. Once we accepted an offer, there were some issues with the buyers mortgage lender. Mike played an integral part in working through those issues to ensure the deal closed. He was present for the inspection, closing, etc which allowed me to be out of town during most of the sale process.
