Fantastic experience: Tony was a great realtor for us as it was a lengthy process finding our next home. Fantastic experience: Purchasing a home is scary but selling your home is emotional. We were very concerned and nervous but Anthony made it all easy. We purchased a home first and we were totally hands off as he took control of everything from the offer to the close. we felt like there was more we should be doing but he did it all. When we sold our house he made suggestions and took great care to evaluate the home and the market to ensure a quick but fair sale. Tony also took the reins on all the showings, inspections and closing arrangements. Fantastic experience: Tony is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with, and no he's not paying me or compensating me to write this. We decided in the summer of this year to move from Florida to Michigan. In my search for realtors to work with as buyers, I happened upon Tony's website and ratings. You've probably noticed they're basically all 5 stars. There are many very good reasons for that. First of all, Tony is extremely responsive. We reached out to a few realtors, some of whom took over a WEEK to get back to us. Tony called us back within an hour. He had a great discussion with my wife about what we were looking for, and what he could offer. Bonus points right off the bat here for a guy who doesn't try to go past my (kick-butt) spouse to "deal with the man" in business. After listening to our requirements, as well as our wants (but not necessarily needs), we were on our way. Within a day or two he started flagging some houses for us to view. They were all exactly as we had described our needs. Gotta love a realtor who listens. We saw a few homes with Tony. Let me tell you - this guy is punctual. If he's showing you a home at 1pm, he'll be there at exactly 1pm. Sometimes sooner to prep the place. It was terrific. He's a pro. He handled remote viewings for us beautifully - he'd do a walkthrough on his phone for us with us on video. On the first house I asked him if he thought we should buy this house. He thought about it and then said "honestly no" and explained some very good reasons why. The primary being the lot was positioned such that there wasn't much sun or natural light to be had, and the home would not only be dark but not have much of a yard at all. Right there he proved to me that he can be trusted to act in our best interests rather than trying to make a quick buck. Tony is insanely detail oriented and patient. As we adjusted our home requirements, he adapted flawlessly. We even got to a home that we ALMOST pulled the trigger on, but decided not to at the last minute due to a few deal breakers (it had a garage too tight to the main home so it was basically unusable, and the train of Royal Oak was too nearby for my comfort). He was completely on board with this decision and we moved on effortlessly to new homes, with these new considerations front of mind (a garage that works and not too near the train). Then we found THE house. I mean, that house where you see it and you go "yep, that's the one" - and let me tell you, dear reader, while Tony had been excellent to this point, this is where he really kicked it into top gear and strutted his skills and deft hand. He helped us perfectly craft a very aggressive but fair offer to shut down the competition and get this house under contract. And it worked exactly as expected. I'm actually convinced if we had not worked with Tony, we may not have been able to land our ideal home. Then came the actual under contract stuff. The inspection and everything else. Tony kept on top of EVERYTHING. If you texted him, he got back to you usually within an hour, and surely within a day. When we found something we wanted fixed in the inspection, we proposed a cash concession. The seller came back with 1/4 of what I asked, and I said "I guess that's fine" because I wanted the house. What did Tony do? He said to me "I think there's more money there, I'm gonna call the other realtor back and act like we never talked, give me 15 minutes" and suddenly the cash offer they made was doubled up. Greatly appreciated. Tony was an absolute professional through the entire process. I honestly felt like I had gained a friend by the end of the whole buying experience. Even after he got paid from the house closing, he kept in touch to make sure everything was on track for us and going as planned with our move, and even invited us out to a social event our first week in Michigan. In short: I freaking LOVED working with Tony. I will not hesitate to do business with him again, whether it's buying some investment property or (hopefully never) selling this new home of ours years down the road. A+++.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to Tony twice now, first to buy my first house and now to sell that house. I had to move out of state for work and also work out of state during the time selling my house. I was worried about timing, communication, etc. given the situation. Tony said not to worry, it'd be fine - and well... I can't image how it could have been any easier on me! Communication is great! Negative experience: Tony lied about our offer and is ethically bankrupt. Knowingly lied to an expecting family. truly terrible. Edit: We have signed paper work from Tonys office. Tony told us the seller was going with our offer and then went around shopping out other offers. His response to this review is clearly meant to absolve himself from dealing in bad faith but if you're looking for someone to represent your property look somewhere else. Edit 2: He sold the house 30k under our bid. So if you're going to have him represent your property look else where.
