I was on a semi tight time line because of when my lease ended. TJ worked quickly and intentionally to help find homes and set up walk throughs. He was very patient with my request and flexible to fit my schedule. Negative experience: This company is unreliable and very unprofessional I tried to set up an appointment with Evette on two different occasions because she told me they will accommodate a Saturday appointment for me because of my work schedule both time they were canceled but this last time which was on 11/23 she waited to cancel our appointment at 10:30am when we’re already sitting in the lot waiting on her to arrive for our 11am appointment mind you I text her to confirm the appointment at 8:22 am she replied ok thank you only for her to cancel at 10.26 she not coming and telling me about a Tony whom I never heard of or spoke to is not coming and he crunch the numbers excuse me then why am I making appointments with you only to keep canceling when you told me you will accommodate a Sat appointment Her: ( Can you guys make an appointment on 11/23..I need a time..we going to do a sat) her words I don’t work on Saturday either but me and two other people I was bringing was up and at the appointment on time. Y’all very unprofessional lazy and Inconsiderate period. But y’all will not stop out dreams for home ownership.

Fantastic experience: Ive had a wonderful experience dealing with bower realty mainly with a MR. ANTHONY JAMES . I met with MR JAMES roughly in sept, oct of 2016 and that was after speaking with at least 5 other realtor companies. And several agents . DUE to their lack of integrity in which how they respect their potential clients was appauling to say the least. This man, sat, talked and met with me to get a understanding of each other as people . Me simply a son trying to protect his dads future and him a dedicated agent. Long story short after a long hard 6 months i finally found the property right for my father factoring all that entails, i purchased the condo in february 2017 and here it is july 2017 i can tell you my father and stepmother are beyond happy with their new home. I HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a FAIR AND HONEST company to help broker your home ID definitely give them a call and ask to speak to MR JAMES .

Fantastic experience: This building houses some of the best and most reasonable realtors/ brokers in the Detroit Metropolitan area! I highly recommend stopping in and finding out what kind of options are available for you as my husband and myself went here(on a whim) and with-in a week were able to move into a beautiful house (we relocated from Kentucky). Mr. Anthony will take excellent care of you and they also let you know what's available to rent in your preferred areas :).
