Before every showing, she would send us a detailed report of each property and provide us with her expertise on how to position ourselves best if we wanted to put in an offer. She even asked me how I would design the space so that I could envision myself there to make sure it was a good fit. When we found our dream home, we didn’t think we could submit a competitive offer, but Sharon worked with the sellers' agent to secure the deal, and our offer--at asking--was accepted. That disappointment fell into the background quickly after I was referred to Sharon. Sharon approached selling my home as if it were her own. She promptly organized a time to come view the home, and gave me a few recommendations on small repairs that would go a long way. Once that was done, the speed at which she developed a plan to advertise and show the house blew me away.
