Fantastic experience: I worked with Ryan Duffy, he was very easy to work with, always on time to every showing and responds back within a very reasonable time. Would recommend to anyone I know looking for a new home!

Fantastic experience: Realtor Ryan Duffy was a huge help throughout the entire process of buying our first home. We wouldn’t be living in this beautiful home if it wasn’t for him! He was very easy to get in touch with, responsive to our (endless) questions, honest with his suggestions, and supportive of our decisions. Ryan is very in tune with the current market and is an expert at navigating it. He was also an excellent negotiator when we needed him to be. We had a great experience and can’t recommend Ryan Duffy enough!

Negative experience: Started off good, but ended not well. I would not allow them to sell my home. Worst experience from a realtor. Also the home they sold me was overpriced.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough good things about Ryan from RealTeam!!! In September, my husband and I found out that we were pregnant with our first child. The place we were living was not a good fit for a baby, and we immediately started looking to buy a house. We looked for about 3 months before we reached out to Ryan and I am SO happy we did!! He went so far above and beyond my expectations for a realtor, I can't even describe how grateful we are. Every time we contacted him, he responded that day. He was available whenever we wanted to see a house: weekends, weekdays, even late at night. He drove around the entire Oakland county for months trying to find us the right home that fit in our budget, never giving up on us or making us feel like a burden. And anytime we wanted to put in an offer, he had it ready to go that night. Even when someone over bid us or we didn't end up getting the house, he never let us get down... Well we have finally found our dream house, and it was so worth the wait!! It is everything we wanted and more, and I know that without Ryan, we never would have found it. I HIGHLY recommend going to Ryan, regardless of your situation/finances because he will find a way to make it work and be the best choice you've ever made! :)

Fantastic experience: Bryan Gron helped my wife and I find a home in Clinton Township, and we couldn't have asked for better agent/ person. Our situation was quite unique as my wife was living in Arizona for a large portion of the process, and it was my first time buying a home. Bryan was available anytime I needed him to be to show us houses and Facetime a couple of times with my wife while walking through. He was patient with us while my wife's condo closed in Arizona, and stuck with us to find the perfect house in Clinton Twp. Great guy, great agent, great company!

Fantastic experience: I was planning on getting a home equity loan and had no idea what my house was worth. After being referred by a friend, Ryan Callihan was more than happy to spend some time going over what I could expect for a home value. While it wasn’t necessarily an appraisal it gave me the information I needed before heading into the back. I would absolutely refer Ryan and Real Team for any listings or purchases I have in the future.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Ryan Callihan to do a market analysis, to find out if it was worth even attempting to refinance. While the market analysis didn’t turn out in my favor, Ryan helped me save 400 dollars from an appraisal fee that I would have incurred if I did re-fi. In addition, it was extremely quick and accurate and I will continue to use Real Team and specifically Ryan Callihan in the future.
