Fantastic experience: First rental experience in Detroit and it was a positive one. The agent, Monty was responsive and clear with the showing process. Once we found a home we were ready to move forward with, the application process was a bit lengthy but appreciate the fact that after we were approved and made the needed payments it was complete and there was no additional back and forth. Monty was very responsive and open to email or call whenever I had questions. We have been in our new home for 2 months now, and everything has been smooth and no issues!

Negative experience: Worse company to rent from. A problem occur everyday with this home and they NEVER answer the phone! Cussed at me for getting upset I have Maintenance in my home EVERYOTHER DAY! Walking with dirty shoes refusing to take off

Positive experience: A little confusing to maneuver around on the site but you get the hang of it after a few seconds...what's with the .01 fee or the other packages to sign up just for a tour?

Fantastic experience: After much research, (Including asking my City's Permit Dept for their opinion), I chose Real Property Management Advantage in Ferndale Michigan. I needed help to manage my beautiful investment property so that I can continue to devote 100% of my personal attention to my non-investment related work. I'm a very prideful and particular property owner so I wanted a Team that I could trust. Craig is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Since property management is outside of my own personal scope of experience I'm thankful that I found this Company. Craig paid close attention to my personal wish list and I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered things later that I personally thought I would have to remind him of. *Many of those requests of mine were only vaguely touched on during our initial meeting. Monty is responsible for the very ACCURATE and beautiful photos that showcase my rental. These Photos appear across a plethora platforms that tenants use when they are searching for their perfect home match. What I love the most is how "true" the photos and video are. There is nothing "cat-fishy" if you know what I mean? What you see in the photos is also what you will see when you arrive at the property. Very professional and Monty seemed to know exactly what home hunters would want to see including a quick look at the neighboring homes. Here a SOME of my favorites....

Put in a service ticket to fix a broken step and light in my home and within 24 hours Al was here, fixed the step and light quickly and efficiently and was so professional and nice and kind to my animals!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a GREAT year leasing a property in Ferndale through Craig and Real Property Management Advantage.Great communication and timely maintenance when it was needed. We just put in the request through the app and it was almost immediately addressed each time. We actually planned on renewing our lease, but the plan was to move to this area then eventually buy. And it just happened sooner than expected! We would have been quite happy to stay another year (or two) had we not found a house in the same neighborhood. It is certainly the best property management company we have ever used.

Negative experience: Worst company I’ve ever worked with. I went to see a house at the showing time that I had set up on they’re website. Drove 20 minutes to the property and couldn’t get the lock box to open. Called the company and spoke to the manager which he stated they don’t do showings but clearly they do if u can schedule one on they’re website right? I would highly recommend to whoever reads this comment that u do not waste your time and money with these people. They have no idea what they’re doing.

Since day 1 it has been a no hassle easy organization to work with. The property is great and Craig has been fantastic! Recently a trash bin that was on the property when I arrived was destroyed by a vehicle when it blew into the road after trash pick up.
