Fantastic experience: Marry was a very helpful in the recent sell of our home. She helped us purchase the home just 9 months earlier, and facilitated the sell of it so we could relocate to another state. Our move out of state proved to be more difficult than we anticipated. We were very sick the week prior and week of our move, additionally my spouse works a very demanding job Monday - Friday, and most evenings, we have two small children and a move out time of 9:00am Saturday. As we neared our move on Wednesday I knew our goal of getting to the dump to remove our bulk items would be impossible, so I planned to schedule a bulk item removal with republic for Friday. With our car packed up and prepared for the drive to our new state, I contacted republic Thursday to arrange the pick up, only to find out the buyer had canceled our garbage service! With our car already full and loads left to do before the move, I had no options to get the large items off the property. Marry not only picked up our garbage, but only charged me $100.00 to do it. (Now that we have sold a home I’ll know better to set a time for leaving that works better) but under the circumstances we could not have done it without Marry. In a day and age of texting and emails, Mary was also respectful of my preference to discuss details over the phone. Towards the end of our sell we had agreed to give the buyer cash back because we felt bad about the high prices right now, and know they can take a toll on buyers, and also agreed to give them the appliances we had originally planned to take with us, so when they asked for yet another concession with an early close date it was helpful to have Mary step up and advocate for us. It was surprisingly stressful selling a home even in a name your price sellers market, so I’m glad we didn’t have to do it in our own! On a separate note, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the entire Laue team and would be thrilled to have any one of them represent me. They are a great group and very professional!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I, coming from California, found Nic Wilson fairly randomly while looking at properties unrepresented. It's difficult finding a house coming out of state and Nic went above and beyond to assist us along the way. We ended up using a mortgage broker that he referred us to, Aaron at Capital M, who was also wonderful. Nic helped us identify properties, spoke honestly about the advantages and disadvantages of various locations, and knew his stuff all the way around. He scheduled all of the inspections, handed appointments for contractors, and more. When it came to getting the best deal possible I was very happy with how he represented our needs and the evidence based approach he used to make offers / counter offers. There was strategy involved. It wasn't just asking, then reporting back that the seller had said no and moving on. He also wrangled the seller's agent when my wife and I moved up the timetable to accommodate the movers. Aaron and the team at Capital M we're also stars here. While this is our first purchase in OR we plan to make more and will not hesitate to use Nic again.

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Rick Brainard of The Laue Team for two simultaneous transactions as I downsized. Rick was attentive to my needs and goals from beginning to end. He listened, he communicated, he provided information on homes (some prior to their listing), he and his team provided guidance on preparing my home for listing and did a great job with the photos and marketing the property. My larger home sold in one day for over the asking price, and my offer on the smaller home was accepted the same weekend. From there, he kept the transactions coordinated and they both closed on the same day. He provided excellent referrals for everything I needed (loan, title company, inspector, housekeeping, moving company, etc.), and he advised me along the way. He responded extremely quickly to questions and requests. The docu-sign system was convenient and easy to use.
