Fantastic experience: Ryan Kristin has been a realtor for many years and was the realtor for several people I know. So, when I was ready to sell my home, I contacted him. Right away Ryan impressed me by his personality, his approach and process, and by the number of contacts he had in the trades. I wanted to get paint, carpet, landscaping and some minor electrical and plumbing work done before I listed. It’s difficult for me to find people to do work because I never know if they will show up, do a good job and charge a reasonable price. It was a great to have some people to contact that Ryan had worked with before to consider. I had good experiences with all of them. Ryan put in a lot of his time, energy and effort to make this process successful for me. He listened to my goals. He did a lot of market research and we worked through pricing and strategies together. He explained things and updated me every step of the way. He was both the listing agent selling my home and managed the purchase of our new home, on both sides of those transactions he proved willing and more than able to provide the service needed to complete the agreements.
