Fantastic experience: I’m thankful for this company because it saves me thousands of dollars in real estate commissions! I am in control, I can talk to the buyers agents directly, SO much better than FSBO (when you do that, you’ll have 50 calls every day from realtors trying to get your business). This process is pretty self explanatory but they have customer service available if you need it. It’s not as easy as listing with an agent, but for the price, it’s a no-brainer for me.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Realty Net as an affordable way to list and sell your property. As an experienced real estate investor, I chose the basic plan which worked well for me and I listed my home competitively, held two open houses that were wildly successful and sold the house to buyers that were at the second open house on the third week on the market at full price! As is expected, I chose to cooperate and pay the buyer's agent commission and I believe that is still expected, especially in this market but I saved the 2.5% on the seller's side. I could not be happier and will be listing other properties soon.

Fantastic experience: I decided to list my house myself and do the flat rate MLS route in order to save on realtor fees. This was my first time walking through this process and I am so pleased to say that by doing so I saved a lot of money and sold my house within a few weeks of their team listing it. Greg and Ronel were so helpful and wonderful to work with. I had technical difficulties and they were thorough and patient while I worked through these problems. They were timely about the whole process and worked quickly to get my listing posted as soon as possible. Fantastic experience: This is my second time using Realty Net/ByOwnerOregon and given the opportunity would use them again and again. They provide various packages and pricepoints so you can basically build exactly what you need to sell your house/condo yourself. The Messick's are responsive and so very, very helpful should you need it. They always reached back out immediately and answered my questions no matter how silly I thought they might be. Fantastic experience: I used Greg's flat fee listing service to sell a mobile home, that my agent was unable to sell. I saved a boat load of money by not having to pay a commission to a listing agent, and I believe I got the deal to the finish line because I was able to have direct contact with the buyer's agent without additional people in the middle, which can sometimes leave you wondering what the buyers are really thinking.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used Greg to sell 4 houses. I’ve never needed an agent to arrange a photographer or tell me how to stage the house. I also do my own research to price my homes correctly. If you can do that, then you just need RealtyNet to get your house in the MLS and the major RE websites. They respond quickly when you need to change your listing. They also provide seller documentation at no extra charge. It’s a great value. I will only use them to sell houses.

Fantastic experience: We decided to sell our home by owner and wanted to place it on the MLS listing. Searching the internet, we came across Realty Net, LLC/By Owner Oregon.com. Because we had never sold a home, we ended up purchasing the Premium Agent Assist Package. It was really helpful to get a professional looking sign, templates to create your own flyer, easy loading of pictures that you can take yourself, lockbox rental, and all the forms you need. Greg Messick was always available to take our calls including evenings and weekends and guide me through the extensive information on the website. He returned my calls promptly when I needed assistance with the forms and helping me through the steps to complete the sale. I found the website organized well, but I didn't spend enough time looking through all the information and found myself lost in the information. Greg was there to help me. Now that I'm familiar with the process, I would probably use the Build Your Own Package in the future.

Fantastic experience: I listed my property in Seaside, Or. May 26, 2020 choosing the basic "good flat fee service". I chose to extend a 2.5 % commission to the buyers agent. I understood the service I chose to be limited representation. But I found RealtyNet/ForSalebyOwnerOregon to be very patient and responsive to my inquiries. I received multiple offers fairly quickly and after an extended escrow, closed on the property August 8th. All in all it went pretty much without a hitch. Would definitely use the same service again. I do plan to sell my personal residence in the future and will choose a more extensive service with the same company in order to get more coverage(more pictures, more text, other services and longer listing) since it's a larger property with more amenities. All in all I give them a high five star endorsement.
