Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would from the first meeting to the staging of my townhouse to her amazing follow up her keeping me in touch no surprises her professionalism. Everything was just incredible. She sold my house in under 30 days and at $10k MORE than the list price!!! Fantastic experience: We are so thankful to Betsy for selling our Germantown, MD condo in record speed. We live in Oregon, and had been renting out our condo for over 5 years. Fantastic experience: BetsyTaylor did a fantastic job for us in selling my ex-wife's home in Germantown, MD. We had a special situation in which the owner was to move to the west coast in 30 days. Almost everything in the house was to be left behind. Betsy willingly accepted the challenge to take on the job of arranging for contractors to come in with repair quotes, since the house was in need of repairs and cleaning. She also brought in a special moving/estate sales company to sell and/or donate all of the furnishings and other items that would be left behind. Her performance and that of the contractors and estate sales company was fantastic. The house was listed after the work was completed, which was after the owner vacated the house.
