I did not know anything about selling a house, and my then-realtor did not seem to listen to my wants and needs. Negative experience: Do not ever even consider giving this company your email. I have been unsuccessfully trying to unsubscribe for months. I've clicked the unsubscribe link in the email, I've emailed, I've called, yet I still keep getting their advertising emails and newsletters. It's appalling and annoying, that the technology they use is either broken or outdated. After doing business with them, the amount of junk mail I've been getting skyrocketed. They either sell your email, or don't protect your information. Edit for the company reply: I do not want to receive ANY emails from you, it shouldn't be hard for you to find my non gmail email using my name as I used your company for a sale. I want to unsubscribe from everything, and please fix the unsubscribe link that you include, as it's clearly not working

Fantastic experience: Katie and her team are A++ and a GPA of 5.0 out of 4.0!! End of review! … well, although the first sentence captures it all, I will provide context. I have never met such great real estate agents like Katie and her team. Actually, Katie worked with me on selling my previous property and buying the current one. I felt very supported in both transactions. 1) Katie is very knowledgeable and competent. She explained her strategy to sell the house very clearly and cohesively, including pricing, marketing, contacts, and logistics. You want to know her strategies? You have to hire her. :-D She can also show you private exclusive listings that have not yet hit the market. That’s how I got to my current property. 2) Katie and her team go well beyond what I have known agents to do. Examples include helping me pack, contacting contractors, organizing contractors (like builders, window treatment, and stagers), and advocating for me with contractors and other agents (but also being mindful of the other parties to sustain a working relationship, which would benefit me and the others). 3) Katie is a caring individual. She understands how stressful it is to sell and/or buy a property. These transactions have got to be many people’s major life stressor, and she knows and understands it. I felt so supported throughout the whole process. 4) Katie has reassuring contacts. She introduced me to builders, movers, and title company, etc. I didn’t need to use them, but they have come through for her in the past, and rather than me trying to figure out a trusting company, she has already vetted them for me. I also felt secure knowing that the other parties wanted to do a good trustworthy job because they have a working relationship with her (plus they are very nice and competent people). I repeat, you don’t need to use them and she will not pressure you at all, but if you ask, she has resources. Conclusion: Katie’s whole team is a reflection of her work ethic, sincerity, and performance. I highly recommend Katie and her team, and I am so glad I reached out to her. Thanks go out to Katie, Piers, Julie, (and Grant).

My situation was uniquely challenging: I was out of the country for the entire process and unable to view the property or sign documents in person. Piers made what could have been a logistical nightmare feel seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, he was a master of remote service. He didn't just walk me through the process; he led me expertly, patiently explaining every step of the complex journey of buying a home from abroad. His dedication was evident in the incredible lengths he went to in order to make me feel present. Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience. Pretended to listen to what I was looking for, and then proceeded to show me listings completely outside of what I was looking for. When I said that it wasn't what I wanted she raised her hands and said that these are good properties. I recommend learning to listen to your clients instead of trying to push a sale. Edited to add: Your response, dear Katie, underscores the need for privacy, which is exactly why I use a pen name in the review. I have no doubt, given my experience with your agency, that you would absolutely share my name in a bad light in the community. I had a bad experience with your agency, and it is my duty to inform others thusly. You judged me based on my looks and appearance, and it showed in the properties you chose to offer.

Fantastic experience: Upon inheriting the job of Executor to my Mother's estate, I consulted with Katie on steps to take to liquidate her real-estate holdings. Katie's knowledge and expertise were right on point on how to proceed, what to expect, and the measures I would need to undertake to accomplish the daunting tasks ahead of me. Not only did she sell all of the properties in a timely and professional fashion, she went far above and beyond her duties as a Realtor.
