Negative experience: I am a resident at Springfield Crossing. I cannot get a return call from these people. I have a concern that needs to be addressed.

Fantastic experience: WAK management is a great company to be with and family oriented. For the little time that I have been here I've been taken care of and felt valued by all staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been a resident at The Vita at Three60 for three years. They are managed by WAK Management. They care about their resident as they listen to your concerns. They are always working on property improvements. If you need a place to live, visit the website for options in the Metroplex. The manager here is great!

Negative experience: We moved out of the Cross Apartments and told them we don't want to renew our lease. People in that apartment building start threatening us saying we will report you to credit agencies. We gave them 1.5 month notice, they are keen on saying u should have given 2 month notice. Charged us 1 month of approal fee which doesn't exist anywhere..also found it no one else was charged that fee so we were just being discriminate. I'll definitely reach out to state equal housing and see if we can report this to state.

Negative experience: Well now I understand why this management company has such a low rating. I lived at the Coventry apartments in ft worth for a short period of time. I had to move back to Amarillo because of my employment. I put in a 60 day notice and asked the office to please let me know about any relenting fees I needed to pay. I knew there would probably be some. I moved and tried to get on the portal and was removed they again told me they would get in touch with me. They never did. Today I look at a notification from Credit Karma and they turned me over to the bureau. Shame on you guys. I called them and still have not received a call back. I am going on LinkedIn and everywhere reporting this. This is my life when you mess with my credit. I have the money to pay. You are a horrible company.

Negative experience: I applied for an apartment in Fort Worth, and even though the leasing agent was pleasant, the end result was not. I paid $450 for the application and deposit. And being I have great rental history and no evictions ever ( and grateful for that) I was told that I would have to pay and approval fee of $890 on top of the rent of $1849, pet deposit $350 and the infamous $175 administrative fee oh and the pet rent and valet trash all due at move in? . You do the math. Now they want to keep my deposit after they surprised me with this approval fee and I decided I was not going to take the unit. Again I have good rental history and no evictions. I only have to 2 collections and they say it’s 6 as if I can’t look at my credit report. To steal from someone using a made up fee is disgusting especially with the inflation taking place.

Negative experience: I had just moved in when WAK management had bought these apartments over 3 years ago. It’s been trying times for everyone since Covid. These people at WAK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS! All the care about is the MONEY! The apartments at DOLCE VITA AT THREE60 are not up to date on the inside by no means, but they want to charge up to date prices. They remove lates fees for WHO THEY WANT!!!! Trust me don’t move here and go through a rough time, management DOES NOT CARE! I been ask to write GOOD REVIEWS because of all the BAD REVIEWS they were getting, and I did. Now I need help they turn their heads! It should be called WACK MANAGEMENT CAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT THIS PLACE AND THEIR MANAGEMENT STAFF IS WACK!!!

Negative experience: This “Management” company is crooked! All about the money and who cares about being a real human being right? This apartment complex will show NO MERCY! It makes me sick just thinking about how crooked and unprofessional they are! The Arlington Tx office is disgraceful.

Negative experience: THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH ON ANYTHING the office staff is just as rude as corporate they will ignore you too if you are disagreeing with them please look for somewhere else and save the headache

Negative experience: They are trying to evict me on a mistake the office made even though my rent is and was paid in full...the incident happened in April here it is June and they trying to charge me late fees got a whole check for 1190$ how did you miss the mistake?? I been calling these people since last week and all it does is go to voicemail with NO return phone call... absolute trash!!

Negative experience: I am a paying resident, have been fort almost 2 years. At my location alone I have watched 3 managers come and go. Each one making changes but never last long enough to see if they are successful or not. Everyone this company seems to hire has some sort of attitude issue, makes you feel as if no one can help you. However they do not mind taking your money. They do not care for the tenants only for the money.

Negative experience: Lived on Trinity Meadows property... Had many loud neighbors, there were bugs like crazy, half fixed repairs, HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL office staff and Haven’t been able to reach anyone at WAK corporate!!!

Fantastic experience: Over two years ago when I first began my stay here at Hulen Garden Apartment Homes, I was met with genuine service that has been consistent my stay here. In July, 2011 I had placed a maintenance order and then left my apartment with my grandsons. While I was gone after an hour later, I discovered my billfold was not with me. So, I went back to my apartment to get what I felt may just be lwft of what once was a billfold. Though when I entered my apartment, I was surprised to find that in my room and on my bedroom floor was my billfold in the exact and same place that I had left it. When I verified it's contents mt $86. was in it and every card was also in my billfold. This exceptional standard of quality service by the maintenance staff here at Hulen Gardens where I live has kept my stay here pleasant and also the ladies in the leasing office are always cordial to answer any question I may have and this does include the manager. A place is as good as you respect it to be. I herald the staff here at Hulen Garden Apartment Homes!
