Fantastic experience: As a frustrated seller, from listing home with another (highly recommended) local agent for over a year, and having next to zero responsiveness, Patrick was a diamond in the rough! Being out of state, while trying to sell a home 1700 miles away, was already challenging enough; we helpless and stuck! We decided to blindly search for another Agent, and stumbled across Patrick. No personal recommendations, no clue who he was, we contacted him based solely on his glowing reviews, and let me tell you, his reviews were (are) spot on! From day one, Patrick was personable, motivated, and ready to get this property sold! He went above and beyond; cleaning up the front of the place (removing misc. items, boxes, yard and farm gear), which greatly improved the appearance, and promoted interest. Patrick took new pictures, including drone images of the property; submitted the listing to several social media sites, and then had an open house! Within 1 MONTH, Patrick had multiple showings, which resulted in the actual cash sale we needed for this property!!!!! Patrick didn't stop there, he was helpful in obtaining resources to remove items, finding an auctioneer for items we wanted sold, and then provided more resources for removal of items not shipped once the movers packed up and left. We had one week to sign on the deal, so flying back to WA to pack, facilitate/assist the moving truck, then clean-up for new buyers, was stressful to say the least, but we did it! On day 8, one day after signing the papers, the check was on our front door step, 1700 miles away, once again! If Patrick tells you he can do something, he does it! He will tell you the truth, even if it hurts. He doesn't blow smoke, make promises or give you a sales pitch, then put you on the back burner while moving on to bigger/better prospects. We were impressed by Patrick, from day one! His communication was stellar! If he tells you he will call- he calls. If he tells you he will do this or that to enhance the place, he does it. If he tells you he has an idea to try- he applies it. When Patrick showed the place to potential buyers, he gave immediate feedback without being chased down. I could go on and on, but hopefully, you get the gist of his awesomeness!! Your search for an Agent is over! Read the reviews and BELIEVE THEM! You won't be sorry! Fantastic experience: We worked with Patrick to purchase two diff houses. On one of the houses, we had the chance to work with him and his wife as the loan office. It was amazing how they worked together to make a seamless experience for us. As a young growing family, buying a house and searching for a house that would meet our needs was important but it was also a long process. Fantastic experience: Patrick was a pleasure to work with as we purchased our house sight-unseen before we moved to the Fort Lewis area across the country from New York. He attended the home-inspection personally and gave us easy options for resolving the very few issues that had arisen. He continued to provide support to us as we moved into our home and helped answer questions about various utilities we were unfamiliar with - (irrigation, security, and other small modernization things). Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go with anyone else when in search for a home! I cannot tell you just HOW many homes he took us to look at before we found the perfect one. He didn't care that it was an hour plus drive every single time, he was there! During the week, on weekends, morning, nightn etc. In this market.... that's all the difference it takes so your offer gets submitted first and you don't lose out on an opportunity people!!!! Patrick is knowledgeable, courteous, speedy, and reliable!! A+ in our book - we will be using him again when we buy our next property!

Positive experience: Patrick has gone above and beyond helping me get my first home! He took lots of time helping me pick choices and then do house viewings as well as make sure the process has been smooth with securing the house I got. Good communication with me being out of state due to military and ensured I was happy and had somewhere to come home to after my move!! After arriving to my home I found lots of mold and it was extremely dirty. Patrick offered to pay for a cleaning service. After this I never heard from him again, I sent a follow up message asking about the cleaning service and was told “don’t see how I’m responsible for that.” After brining up his offer he did send the money but I felt a lot of hostility and since then he has never followed up with me about my home. I have so many friends and family that still have their realtors check in on them so I was shocked to have this kind of experience. This started very well but I am changing my rating due to feeling very uncomfortable with the end result of the process.

Fantastic experience: Looking for a house in this market is difficult and has a high failure rate. We had to look at a couple dozen houses, and sometimes they would be under contract a couple of hours after we looked at them. Patrick put in days of showings and putting in offers.
