Fantastic experience: Paula helped us through the purchase of our house here in Washington. We moved here from out of state and she was helping months before we arrived here by emailing us prospective properties. After we arrived she was always accommodating , showing properties wherever and whenever. If she was not available for a showing , she'd make sure her associate Brittany, would be there. Paula also helped with suggestions for inspection companies, contractors and locksmiths.

She was always available to answer question and even thought she was based out of Chehalis/Centralia area she was more the happy to drive out to Packwood to meetup onsite and help us through the entire process. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I cold called Paula after having a lackluster experience with our first agent. By the end of our first conversation, Paula connected me with a lender that offered us a significantly cheaper rate. We told her we were looking in 3 different counties, which was no problem for her—she showed us over 20+ houses, some of them being an hour a part. If she wasn’t available one Sunday, she made sure another agent was. She advocated for us and was always honest. I never got the impression she was hiding the truth or trying to make a quick buck, we genuinely felt she wanted us to be happy. By the end of the deal, it felt like just talking to a a friend. I can’t recommend her enough. As a first time buyer, her expertise, problem solving and guidance really made all the difference. A true professional.

Fantastic experience: There is not enough words in any language to express how this lady, her team and connection's assisted myself and family in the sale of our home. Paula has a gift and truly understands the lost art of: "The customer is more important then the sale itself". I now know why Paula leads in sales consistently year after year and you should too. Paula, Thank you.....

Fantastic experience: This is the third residence Paula and her team have sold for our family. Each and every time we get the attention that is craved during the sell of a home since it can be so very stressful. This third home was and estate sale and, toward the end of closing, I was beginning to have concerns on the buyers end. Paula communicated to me throughout the entire process of options and or how to deal with these concerns and all possible outcomes. She was amazing and has wonderful people working for her. This review does not even touch on the wonderful ways she gives back to the community. We love her and would recommend her to anyone in her area.

Fantastic experience: If I were to summarize Paula in one word... it would be... Responsible/Responsive. She does what she says and gets things done. This is in regards to simply returning emails or phone calls to scheduling showings and eventual closures on the many properties I have sold and purchased with Paula since meeting her for the first time in 2008. I was just asked by a friend who I would use for a listing in the Tacoma area and I instantly told her about Paula and my experience with her over the years. Basically.... Paula Burrows Gets Things DONE!! Dean

Fantastic experience: I was very grateful to have Paula with her many years of experience and knowlege in real estate to negotiate all the things that go along with a house sale. As it was the first time I have sold a house it especially reassuring when from the beginning to the end of the sale she quickly and expertly handled everything that needed to be done. She is easy and pleasant to work with and always answered or returned my calls texts or emails very quickly and kept me up to date with what was going on. I enjoyed getting to know her and recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Fantastic experience: Working with Paula to buy our home was an exceptionally pleasant experience! From beginning to end, and beyond, she’s meticulously organized and very responsive! It’s clear she enjoys her profession, is motivated, and goes above and beyond for her clients. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thanks again Paula!!

Fantastic experience: I needed to have a quick sale on a home and within a few weeks Paula Burrows had a sale and closed. She kept in contact with me and I always knew what was going on. I would recommend her to anyone. I was very impressed with her.

Fantastic experience: Paula is a very hard worker. She is honest, sincere, her integrity is top notch and she is very detailed oriented. She will return your call she will do what is best for your needs and work until that has been accomplished. I highly recommend her for all your Real Estate needs. You may be her client for a short time durning the buying or selling process but you will make a friend for life.

Negative experience: I had found a property that I loved but when I called to inquire about the property I was informed by Paula that it was going under contract that day and that she couldn’t give me any more information about it and she was busy. She was very short and quite rude to be honest. I brushed It off and asked if the contract happened to fall through if she could take down my information and contact me. She said text me it because I am going out of town. I did... it went back up on the market about a week later, did Paula contact me? No. I put a bid through a different agent on the property and ended up losing it to a lower cash offer after waiting all day and having no communication with the seller as far as what was happening. She called my agent and asked us to rewrite the contract at 9:45pm ( very unprofessional). Would I ever work with this woman? No. Would I suggest her to anyone? No.

Fantastic experience: When we decided to downsize from 36 acres to “less”, Paula helped us understand what the real estate market was doing and how our property could be listed for most impact. She answered all our questions and guided us through the paperwork process. Because our acreage was unique in size and use options, she suggested having a video from a drone’s-eye-view to showcase the possibilities. Because of that and her ability to list it so attractively, we were pleased to receive a full price offer. Paula helped us navigate the contingencies and closure dates, followed up with the buyer’s realtor to keep things on track which helped enormously when we found the property we wanted to buy. That sale could only move forward when contingencies on our property closed. At one point there were four different property sales which were dependent on the one before it to successfully close. Paula managed to keep all parties informed and updated as needed and brought both our sale and our purchase to satisfactory conclusion. Her expertise and ability to communicate/negotiate made this much less stressful than it might have been. We recommend Paula whenever someone asks if we know a great real estate agent. On top of all that, she is a genuinely nice person and cares a great deal for her clients. Mike & Fay Ternan

Fantastic experience: Paula cared for us as individuals and from beginning to end took care of our needs. She took the time to find us a home and bring our family members through. We actually bought our house site unseen but she knew us well enough to know what we were looking for. With that in mind she found our home, and helped us through the financing process by connecting us with prime lending. The closing was smooth and handled professionally. On a personal note she then came to our housewarming party and has become a friend of our family sense. You cannot go wrong by using her as your buying agent or selling agent.

Fantastic experience: Paula has worked with our family for years in our real estate ventures. She is, without question, the finest agent that you will find in Washington State. She recently sold another property of ours, and had it under contract in 1 week. It has successfully closed, and we look forward to working with Paula in the future. The James Family
