Fantastic experience: After having our home sit on the market for 6-7 months, my husband and I made the decision to change our selling agent. I should probably backtrack a little... prior to moving, I watched the lady next door, struggle to sell her home. She finally became so frustrated, that she fired her agent and hired a new guy. The new agent sold the house within 2 weeks! I knew, at that time, that I wanted to hire that agent. Fantastic experience: My wife and I started our home search about a year and a half ago. Jimmy was always very communicative and quick on getting us in to properties to look at. And if our schedules didn’t line up he always had his partner Brian make sure everything went smooth. The first house we put a contract in on ended up having some serious structural issues and Jimmy was able to get us out of that very quickly and didn’t pressure us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We decided to put in a contract on another house that was being built where we were able to make our own modifications and work with the builders. This was where Jimmy really helped us out in guiding us through and making sure that everything went as planned and made sure that the house was done to our liking and on time (and we had many hurdles to get over with this deal considering it wasn’t even built yet). Overall, the experience working with him and his team was great, he never missed one call or text over this whole period of time. If you’re deciding on a realtor to use I would look no further than Jimmy, buying a house is stressful enough so why risk it with going with a realtor that is only looking out for themselves. I will be using him in the future, and will recommend all family and friends! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Purchasing my first home was a very scary step to take in my life. It took a lot of budgeting and planning before I was finally able to begin the home buying process. Lucky for me, the decision was immediate. I was and am extremely fortunate to have Jimmy as my realtor. Not only did he help me choose what type of home to buy, he also informed me of the things to look for in a home (both good and bad), and helped with picking the perfect location for me. We had to get some work done to our condo prior to selling and had no idea where to start. He had all the connections we needed to get the process moving (i.e. Contractor, Carpet Cleaning, Inspections, Loan Officers, etc.). He was always in touch (the work took longer than anticipated).
