Fantastic experience: Sean and Kelly are amazing. They were on top of the current pricing for my area which is kind of unique and significantly higher than even just a few miles away. Sean gave me several options from selling as-is to significant improvements and what I could expect to receive in each case. Since I was leaning towards selling as-is he suggested opening it up to the thousands of realtors in the company he works with to get a feel for how likely we were to get the pricing we wanted before doing a MLS listing. In addition he did some cold calls with builders and remodelers to see if they were interested and found one who was. They presented a no contingency cash offer that was perfect for me. I don’t remember exactly but I believe it was only about two weeks from signing up with Sean and Kelly until I had a signed contract on my house.
