Fantastic experience: I recently had the opportunity to work with Paris on a transaction, and she was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She communicated well, advocated for her clients, and was always willing to have a conversation and work through the details when things needed to be figured out. Real estate transactions can have plenty of moving parts, and having another agent on the other side who is responsive, professional, and focused on finding solutions makes a huge difference. Jared is the King of real estate agents and brokers! He went above and beyond during the whole home buying and selling process with so many things. He helped me get under contract to be able to buy a unique home I’d been searching for and sell my other house all at once. I could not have done it without him. He gave me the motivation I needed to do what I look back now and see as almost impossible. He took care of the contracts and negotiations so well and protected my rights and best interests so that I could focus on the moving and packing along with working full time and managing two dogs during showings and staging. Following his direction was worth every penny and I made a profit from the home I sold (which he helped me buy in 2020) and was able to make my new current home beautiful now too. His level of service makes me want to be a better person and carries over into my professional life so that I know how to treat clients better. I was a first time home buyer and Jared walked me through every single step, made sure I understood what each step was, and most importantly, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. When doing business with someone I look for two major things; can I trust them, and, do they follow up and communicate in a timely manner. Not only did Jared and his team exceed my expectations regarding "trust" and "communication", but their knowledge, expertise, and network made a very stressful financial event easy. I am very detail oriented and don't like to drop the ball on anything; Jared was more detail oriented and would send me lists of what we needed to follow up on and he did all of the follow ups. Talk about a stress reducer! I literally cannot give a higher or stronger recommendation for Jared and Modern & Main. I am here to tell you that you have found that company, Modern and Main! I sold my home in Utah with them. From start to finish, they were spot on! From walking through with me at the start to give me direction on what to focus on and what won't make a difference when fixing up the house. When I could not get the job done on my own they had one of the BEST construction companies working for them that came in and punched out what was needed to get done in no time at all. Once the house was ready they had a very talented staging company come in and transform our house. We almost didn’t want to leave! Fantastic experience: Working with Nathan and Jared from Modern and Main was a dream. The process of selling my home was extremely stressful on me and my family, yet the listing and selling process was a breeze, thanks to them. Every detail was handled. Every question was answered, often times before I knew I even had the question. The professionalism, dedication and communication exceeded all of my expectation. My home was under contract within 18 days of listing, the pictures and advertising were phenomenal, and I was able to not stress over the process and simply focus on the move. An example of an unexpected gesture that made a huge difference to me (one of many examples) was during the huge rainy season in SLC. It rained almost every day through our entire selling process. I was very stressed about the floor and carpet getting ruined by people coming to see the house. Almost literally, as I was stressing about this minor detail, Jared showed up at my door with a basket of booties and a sign for all to take off their shoes or wear booties while in the home. This might seem simple, but again, relieved a lot of stress on my part. Both Nathan and Jared were open to my opinions and desires, but also direct and honest about the SLC market and their thoughts on the process. When it was all said and done, I got the price I was hoping for in a very timely fashion. There were 'zero bumps in the road' and I couldn't have asked for better agents. I will definitely be calling Modern and Main when we are ready to purchase our next home.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Nathan (and now Jared) 3 times now and it’s been an amazing experience each time. Nathan was the seller’s agent on the house I bought 3 years ago - I was working with a high performing agent in the area but didn’t feel like I got any personal attention. I met Nate at the open house and thought he was great, so when I sold that house and bought another one I worked with Nate and Jared on both deals and was beyond satisfied. On the house I bought they always did more than expected and made the whole process as stress free as possible. On the house I sold their marketing and pricing were both great and the house sold way over asking. Fantastic experience: If you ever find yourself in the crazy, stressful, nightmare of having to buy and sell and the same time, this is your guy!!! Nate and Jared took us through one of the most (if not the absolute most) stressful situation i have ever been in, and it went off absolutely PERFECT!! The gave us great advice on getting our house ready to sell, which resulted in it being sold in a weekend, with multiple offers! They were also able to get us into our dream home (which i did not think was going to happen).
