He handled issues behind the scenes, connected me with all the service providers, stood in for things I couldn't attend. Very smooth and very easy process. Fantastic experience: This was our third time working with Erik - which tells you how much trust we have in his abilities for both sides of the market. He understands the market, keeps up on trends, communicates only when necessary and provides value in his communication. He has a big network and works hard at listening to your wants/needs. He pretty much lived with us on the weekends and survived our search of over 50 houses with ever-changing priorities and search criteria - he was so patient through it all! Fantastic experience: Erik is amazing. I have bought 2 homes prior and he was ten times better than the 2 agents I had used for those. My wife before we got married had used Erik to purchase her town home and he worked very hard to make sure she got exactly what she wanted he did so well that when we decided to get married and move into a home he was the one she insisted on being our agent. I was amazed at how professional he was he went above the call of duty. We had an idea of what we wanted and he made sure to check all the boxes off of our needs we decided on a home after many viewings (my wife is particular on her wants) at which he was very paitent with us. When deciding on a home we purchased a older home and he made sure things where fixed and taken care of before we moved in. After a year in the home we decided that even though we had just started to settle in that maybe we would like a new construction home. He was the very first person we called and he went right to work selling our home and showing us new homes. Once again being very piticular with what we wanted he found us a wonderful town home but unfortunately the builders became very difficult after our original deposit on the home and he went right to work fixing the issues and getting us into another place with no loss to us and in fact some benefits for the issues caused by the builders. Needless to say we are now in our beautiful new home and enjoying it very much. Erik defenitly would be my recommendation to anyone looking for a home or selling their home he is a very personable and professional realtor.
