Fantastic experience: Roseann agreed to represent me in my search to find a house to purchase in the New Haven area. Given the low inventory, Roseann then agreed, without hesitation, to expand my search to encompass most of southern and eastern CT. She worked seemingly 24/7 to find a home for me and, because I was an out of state buyer, FaceTimed several houses and neighborhoods with me. She also took the time to send me videos of houses. Additionally, Roseann demonstrated great skill in putting together and presenting offers. I feel as though Roseann could not have worked any harder. Further, she always promptly responded to my texts, calls and emails. And she was extremely pleasant throughout the process. Negative experience: She used a racial slur to refer to neighbors on the street that were not White. Roseann showed up unannounced several times with buyers, which was frustrating and unprofessional during the pandemic. Additionally, she asked me for door codes, keys, and other information that should be communicated through the owner, not the tenant.
