Negative experience: Restricted to only houses from websites when I bought a home. Was pushed off to her assistant when I sold a home and knocked $7k off my asking price without telling me first. They just wanted to sell my house ASAP. Was looking out for their best interest, not me as a client. Unfortunately i didn't see it until now. I would not recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Drake is first of all a great person and secondly a great businesswoman that I recommend with every ounce of me. My husband and I were looking for a house in a very specific area and price range. Her and her fabulous team never made us feel like less or incompetent for not knowing certain things. They took the best care of us and explained the overwhelming paperwork process to us. Additionally, she is well respected in the housing market which I attribute to us getting a house with a FHA loan in the summer of 2021 when houses were going quickly for over asking and all cash offers. Negative experience: This place is very unprofessional and not responsive. I have reached out to them regarding finding a condo and have not heard back in almost two weeks. Said she was going to send me listings and never received them. Not sure if it's because I only qualified for a $175,000 loan but that should be no excuse. Also dealing with the same issue from the lender they referred me to, never replied back. It's sad because I've heard nothing but great things from this business from people I know, which is why I contacted them. Very poor service

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews, but I will definitely write one for Lisa Drake Properties. I've told so many of my friends and family about how great this team is. I was a first-time homebuyer and I didn't know anything (other than what I was able to learn via Google). Lisa was there to hold my hand through the entire home search/home buying experience. She was knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to look for (I had no idea/didn't even notice) and she was a straight shooter. She let me form my opinions about a place, but I valued her input. If there were potential problems with a house I was looking at she would tell me and conversely if there were positives about a house she would tell me (upgrades that the sellers made). I was beginning to think I would never find a place, but Lisa was positive and patient the whole time and showed me as many houses as I wanted to look at. She didn't rush or pressure me and she wanted to make sure I found a place that I loved. House hunting isn't an easy task in normal circumstances let alone in fall/winter in a pandemic without a lot of houses on the market (it was a feeding frenzy among buyers), but Lisa Drake Properties made things so much easier. TLDR: Lisa Drake Properties is amazing!
