Fantastic experience: We had been casually looking for a new home for the past 3 years and had never met or heard of Peter Parker until meeting him at a home listing. Unknown to us at that time, this meeting turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us in our search for a new home and the sale of our home. Fantastic experience: Although this wasn't my first real estate transaction, it was the most challenging for various reasons - pricing (a custom home with few comparables), the need to rent back my home after sale and quickly find a new home that I would love and could afford.
