Negative experience: I attended two open houses for a listing of Caroline’s and both times she was extremely rude. We entered the house and she barely acknowledged us. Meanwhile a couple walked in right after and she greeted them and asked their names. I asked her for the listing details and instead of handing me the paper she just gestured at it and turned away. Both my partner and I noticed her behavior separately and were shocked. I’m honestly surprised she has so many positive reviews online because she was very rude at both encounters. I immediately lost all interest in the house.

When I started my home buying process, I knew very little about the steps that would need to be followed.
