Fantastic experience: When we were ready to sell our house, Kelly's contact info was given to us by family members who had used her services (and were impressed by her patience!). She has a lot of experience and gave us honest tips on what helps or doesn't help to sell a house. She kept us informed re: real estate activity in our area during the time our house was on the market. She always requested feedback from potential buyers' agents after showings, and forwarded it to us when it was given. She gave our house a lot of exposure (open houses in addition to showings), and communicated with us frequently by texts and phone calls. We needed some repairs done, and if we didn't already have a relationship with a business she knew of reputable ones in the area. The whole experience involved a lot of paperwork, much of which had unfamiliar terminology that Kelly clarified for us. She was easy to contact & quick to respond. She also has a good sense of humor! Our overall experience was very positive.
