Coordinating everything from staging to pictures, and met my parents at their new residence to sign papers. She is genuinely an amazing real estate agent. She goes above-and-beyond for her clients - way beyond the call of duty. I would refer her to anyone and my husband and I will without-a-doubt retain her as our agent in the future. My husband and my first professional experience with Jaclyn was when she helped us sell our home in Tacoma. She gave us practical and well-reasoned advice not only regarding when to sell, but for how much. She and her team did an amazing job with staging and even had a video put together to highlight our property. Honestly, it was a better marketing campaign than we could have imagined. (Side story: The road in front of our house was under construction when it was being listed, and Jaclyn was worried that this would impact marketing. So she bought the road construction workers cookies from the Metropolitan Market and kindly asked them to move their construction vehicles so that her videographer could take unobstructed video. Because Jaclyn was so nice and persuasive, they agreed. We were floored that Jaclyn not only thought of that detail, but that she took it upon herself to make this gesture on our behalves.) We ended up getting an offer above list price and sold to a high-quality buyer who we had confidence would care for the property. It was truly a win-win. We were so happy with Jaclyn's representation that we also retained her to help us purchase our next home. Surprisingly enough, she was able to impress us EVEN MORE in that endeavor. Jaclyn quickly got a sense of our taste/style, set up viewing appointments literally within hours of us sending her properties we were interested in (yes, she is THAT responsive), established really good relationships with the listing agents, and helped us keep level-heads when narrowing down our search. Jaclyn comes from a construction background, so she has a very good eye for whether a home is in good condition or will require a lot of expensive "projects." Her insight was invaluable to us. When we finally landed on the right home, Jaclyn helped us put together a really strong offer, which was accepted. Then, when it came to closing, she went ABOVE-AND-BEYOND. There were all sorts of complications in closing because my husband and I live abroad and are in a drastically different time-zone. Jaclyn took it upon herself to coordinate with our lender and escrow to make sure that we had everything we needed to close. And because she had a positive professional relationship with the seller's agent, she was able to get us a bit more leniency than we otherwise would have received. If it weren't for Jaclyn's persistence, follow-through, and sheer professionalism, I honestly don't think we would have been able to close the transaction. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Jaclyn and our experiences with her. We will be friends with Jaclyn and her family forever. But, friendship aside, there is no one else I would trust more in buying and selling a home. Five stars seem like too few for a Realtor (and person) of her caliber.

To top it off, during the time of our search, it was a very competitive market - with most homes getting multiple offers. One of the things I appreciated the most was that Jaclyn always called things as they were - if something wasn't quite right she would surface it clearly for us - this is so important when you are buying a property from out of state. When we were able to be in Gig Harbor in person, Jaclyn was also there for us as well -- and when we needed to be remote, Jaclyn was our "boots on the ground", and we made amazing progress via video tours and other technology assists. If you want to have a solid outcome on your property transaction, and it also matters to you that actions are done with a high regard to doing the right thing, you should reach out to Jaclyn.
