We had some difficulties over the years of managing the property and he was always willing to provide consultation even when we were not "ready" to sell. We recently sold the property and he helped connect us with contractors, house cleaners, landscapers to prep the property for sale. We are really pleased with the support he provided.

Negative experience: Becky Bard sold a property they knew did not have clear title on. Title reached out to me to release. I told them I would not be releasing anything to allow myself time to contact an attorney. They closed anyway. Someone on this sale did some unethical things in order to close for her friend.

Fantastic experience: Becky is the best! We sold our home FAST, for more then we thought because of Becky and Keagan. They thought of everything to get our home listed quickly. Were a military family and had to sell fast. We were worried we'd lose money because of this and there not being many comps at the time. But Becky new the market well and we took her advise and listed higher then comps around us and sold over asking! They did a great job following up to help us find a realtor when we moved cross country to Florida. We can't recommend them enough!
