Negative experience: Absolutely the worst realtor I could have gotten to sell my house. She does not communicate with me whatsoever, my situation is a little difficult bc I am in the middle of a divorce, so it is a marital property that I am still living in. Nevertheless, Iman Jubeh has been nothing but disrespectful towards me, acting like I do not exist , refuses to communicate with me on the grounds that’s this is my ex husbands property and it is his sale , when in reality it is a marital property. She constantly approves showings without making sure it works for me, gives me orders , uploaded the worst possible pictures that they took of my house that do not accurately reflect the actual property. There’s been an array of difficulties with her. I have never felt so disrespected , over looked , misunderstood and ignored. I can go on and on about all of the issues I’ve had with this agent thus far. My ex husband refuses to change agent/agencies which is why I am forced to deal with her. But I can still leave a review about my experience with her. Selling and moving is already stressful, but Iman has made it 10x more stressful for me and my family.

Negative experience: Mindy demichel was very unprofessional. We closed on a home that had several pieces of furniture such as stereo speakers, dinning table and chairs . She confirmed that they're sold with the house. The day we closed we came to our new home to find out the speakers were ripped off and all the furniture was taken away.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Lauren Wronowski, she was very professional, from the MLS Listing describing my home, the professional photos she had taken and getting my home sold despite it was listed in the winter! Thank you Lauren!

Negative experience: Lauren Wronowski started out seemingly like a good agent. We were looking for a home for our whole family in Frankfort, Mokena area. She soon started to show her true colors by getting agitated and pushing us to accept homes that we weren’t comfortable with. Finally she told us she will not show us any more houses unless we selected from what she had shown us. She was such a disappointment. We ended up going with another agent and found a beautiful house that we felt comfortable with in the same area. She really should be ashamed of the pressure tactics she uses to get clients to settle on homes for her profit margin. One of the worst agents I have worked with!

Negative experience: Working with this realtor was one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve had. From the start, communication was poor—she would often go days without responding to messages or calls. She promised to have a sign placed in front of our house, but that never happened, despite multiple follow-ups. We reached out to her company for help, and while they said they would switch realtors, all that happened was a quick photo shoot—no actual progress or follow-through afterward. It felt like we were being strung along with no real effort to sell our home. The final straw came during the contract phase. Our attorney reviewed the agreement and said it was the worst he had ever seen. He also pointed out that the commission we were being charged was well above average for the level of service (or lack thereof) we received. This entire process caused us an enormous amount of stress and left us feeling taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend this realtor or her agency to anyone looking for professional, reliable service.

Fantastic experience: 10/10! I had Heather Shreffler as my realtor for my recent home purchase and she was amazing to work with! She was able to answer any questions I had, she responded quick, and was very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Sue Rimovsky is the most helpful realtor on planet earth .she has an awesome personality very knowledgeable and understanding ,and patient she's simply the best thanks Sue for all the hard work I also give two up!

Fantastic experience: VRS is working so much better for me! They let me keep so much more of the money that I earn and they provide so many resources for new agents and regular resources like business cards for all agents. Mike Glenn always answers his phone when I need him and I know he always has my back. It's also amazing to be acknowledged for all of my accomplishments and I'm very grateful for the monthly top agent acknowledgements and the annual awards ceremony. Bonus points for having agents in other states that I can send referrals to!

Fantastic experience: Theresa Sima is literally the best buyers agent I’ve ever worked with. No competition! She really knew the Midlothian/Tinley Park area, where we were looking. Totally focused on our needs! No pressure, totally cool. Great advice and a super easy process! Will come back to her when it’s time to sell :)
