Fantastic experience: Beyond impressed with Sebastian. I found his listings online, March 30th. He contacted me same day. Provided him with my expectations and budget. He then told me about another listing I might be interested in. Way better than what I thought I wanted. Apartment was exactly as expected. He was able to send me an application same day I viewed it, and I think expedited my approval process considering my circumstances. Process took 3 days. March 30-April 1. Went to his office to sign the lease and he explained/reviewed each page thoroughly. Always asked if I had any questions throughout the process. Provided me with contact info to setup utility accounts. Highly recommend him! Very responsive, professional and timely.

Fantastic experience: The most professional experience I’ve ever been a part of with a realtor, by far! Completely seamless and transparent. Everything was clearly laid out at each step in the process and Sebastian was super reachable and happy to answer questions along the way. We contacted him about the property we were interested in on a weekend morning and had an appointment to see the place by that night. We had a long list of questions and he was able to give us insight into all of them, from the rental to the neighborhood to logistics of the move. Never felt pressure from him to do anything along the way. Always customer-centric and gave unbiased, reliable information. Superb and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: If you need help getting an apartment, please do yourself a favor and contact him. You will save so much time, heartbreak, and disappointment. Not only was he a genuinely kind and amicable person, he was extremely thorough and informative. He answered every single question I had about each apartment I went to. I informed him of my budget and ideal apartment, and he showed me THE ONE. Mind you this happened within 24 hours. I told him what I was looking for, he gave me recommendations, I saw the apartments, and I found the one all within 24 hours. I’m sure I could have asked for another day with other recommendations but I did not have to because I found my ideal home. Don’t get me wrong, he in no means rushed me to this decision. He was very patient, thorough, and happy to continue to work with me if I did not find the apartment I liked that day. But he showed me what he believed would be the best apartment for me and he was right. It was perfect in every way for my situation. He truly goes above-and-beyond for his clients. Save yourself some time and stress and just contact him. You will not regret it. He will help you find your perfect new home in a kind, detailed, and organized manner.

Fantastic experience: Very courteous, professional, responsive and sympathetic, Sebastian Oliveri master his work and made easy my search for an apartment. I had sent 14 messages to 14 brokers and he was the only one that answered within the five first minutes ( some others answered when I finished the process with Sebastian). Definitely the best broker in the city and at Broker Premier.

Fantastic experience: Experienced, courteous and professional realtor. He assisted me with my apartment search and informed me with the whole process once I made my down payment. Many thanks to Sebastian Oliveri for making my apartment search easier, especially when I was under a strict time limit!

Fantastic experience: Extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable . Also loveeee the fact that he contacted me via my preferred method (text).

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Sebastian made my apartment search seamless and easy. He was extremely responsive, from the first visit up until my lease signing and move-in date. Moving can be stressful but he went out of his way to accommodate me while answering any questions. When it's time for me to buy a home, Sebastian is the first person I'll call.

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I just recently leased an apartment in Bergen County and Sebastian made it an amazing experience. His attitude and knowledge for the business definitely shows as he’s willing to go out his way to make the apartment hunting experience as convenient as possible for those seeking a new living place. This was our first apartment together so it was a big step, but Sebastian eased us into the process and explained everything in specific detail. If anyone is reading this review and looking into renting/buying a new home/apartment, then Sebastian is definitely the guy to go to. Premier Brokers definitely has an MVP on their team.I rarely ever write reviews, but when your a hard working individual like Sebastian then you deserve all the credit in the world for your services.I wish you nothing but the best Sebestian! Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Sebastian sold my house in Hudson county and helped me to buy a new one in bergen county. He is one the hardest working people in the business. He treats you like family, and works as hard as he can for you. If you are going to sell or buy a house I recommend you go with Sebastian Oliveri. If I was ever going to sell or buy again he would be the first person I would call.

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Sebastian Oliveri @ Premier . He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchase and construction of our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Sebastian was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using him and have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We don't think Premier Brokers could have a better realtor out there representing them.
