Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a phenomenal experience working with Carla for our home search in the Jersey city/ Hoboken/ Weehawken area. She was instrumental in us finding and landing a home we loved in a relatively difficult market. Would highly recommend working with her for your search, especially if you’re a first-time home buyer! Carla took the time to patiently understand our “must have’s” and “good to have’s” early in the process and was very flexible as we narrowed down on the geographic area that we liked starting from a relatively wide starting region. She was extremely supportive throughout the process, providing us with guidance and education while allowing us sufficient room to explore our likes and dislikes. Her knowledge of the local market saved us a lot of time and headache as we were able to quickly filter through the available inventory and find places worth touring. She was able to find us a great lawyer, a title company, mortgage companies, a home inspection company and make the end to end process as smooth as it can be. We also had some involved negotiations during the buying process, and Carla was extremely supportive through this - providing us with data and guidance on how to best navigate the process, get to an agreement and finally get to closing! Even after we closed on the property, Carla’s support continued. She recommended contractors for painting and flooring work that we were looking to have done. My husband and I are first time home buyers and had a call with Carla just to understand what the market was like and whether buying an apartment was the best decision for us. Within a week we looked at three different apartments, put an offer in for one that already HAD an offer (the seller went with ours instead thanks to Carla's expertise), and we were connected with an amazing lender and got pre-approved.
