Property management can be such a headache, but they actually take the weight off the shoulders. What I appreciate most is that they don’t treat their clients like just another account. They’re based right here in Hudson County, so they actually know the streets and the local vendors. Whenever an issue pops up—whether it's a repair or a tenant/owner question—they’re quick to jump on it and make sure all parties are notified promptly. It’s hard to find a team that is both professional and down-to-earth, but Corrado and his crew (Talona, Caitlin, Anthony, and others) nailed it. If you’re looking for a management company that actually cares about your investment and treats your residents with respect, I can’t recommend them enough.

In that time I personally have found them to be satisfactory in all aspects of property management. They resolve all of our issues in a efficient and timely manner. Corrado, President & CEO with all of his years and expertise in the business is very knowledgeable in property management laws and can provide any information I may need. He always strives to do what's in the best interest of the property. The property managers, especially Talona Riviere are always there to assist with repairs, keeping up with regular maintenance, inspections and dealing with any issues regarding residents in the building. I also find the office staff to be very friendly and helpful. Caitlin always provides me with any financial information requests. Positive experience: The Alexander Group NJ, LLC In 2012, after searching for an apartment for eight months and not finding the right fit, my realtor said, “I want to show you this new building that was just completed.” The moment I stepped inside, I was sold — the space was beautiful and exactly what I had been looking for. Fast forward to today, and I’ve now lived at Union Square Condos for nearly 12 years. Gene, the owner, and Caitlin from The Alexander Group have always responded to my needs promptly and, on several occasions, have gone above and beyond to assist me. I also appreciate that they’ve been open to suggestions I’ve made over the years — that kind of collaboration means a lot. No place is perfect, but when an owner and management team consistently respond in an effective and professional manner, that speaks volumes. I have no plans to move and look forward to continuing my relationship with The Alexander Group as they keep working to maintain and enhance the building for all residents.

Fantastic experience: I have been a multiple condo owner & board member for over 25yrs. To say that dealing with maintenance companies are stressful is an understatement. In the past 25yrs we have hired & fired 5 different maintenance companies. It has been about 5yrs since The Alexander Group has been in charge. Not only are they wonderful about returning phone calls and emails. They follow through & get the job done.

I've worked with a number of management companies and managers over the years, and this company has been the best by far. Talona Riviere has been in charge of our building for a little over a year now and her service to our building has been exemplary. She is responsive, communicative and professional. We have been lucky enough to be able to draw on her experiences at other buildings in managing ours. Likewise The Alexander Group does a great job of supporting their managers in performing their duties and our building. Overall could not be happier working with this team.

Fantastic experience: Alexander Group has managed the building for our condo association since 2021. Our property managers are responsive, efficient, and always has a plan to resolve any building issues. They have successfully managed major projects in our building (installation of a new front wall, boiler, and elevator renovation, facade, roof, etc.). When we have had major emergencies at the building, management is on site the same day to navigate the issue and present a plan to the board. I have also found all staff responsive to our issues and questions, whether providing sound financial guidance or navigating the various issues presented by residents. I am absolutely satisfied and recommend them for their services.

I've been a resident of one of their buildings for 9 years, and with prior management, accomplishing tasks has always been a challenge. This past week, I ran into an issue with installation of electrical upgrades to my unit, and the team at Alexander Group was not only incredibly responsive, working as a true team to address my issue, but also got more done in *one single day* than I had had done in 9 years there. I owe special thanks to Corrado and Talona who were not only responsive and helpful, but also available after normal hours! Thanks to their help, my issue was resolved and my work completed the next business day.

Fantastic experience: Been living here for almost two years, and honestly, it’s been smooth sailing. The location’s clutch — close to everything but still quiet enough to chill. Parking? Surprisingly easy (no daily parallel parking battles). It’s pet-friendly too, so my dog settled in right away like he owned the place. The gym’s clean, never packed, and perfect for quick workouts. The Alexander Group as Property Management actually replies (bless) and Maintenance is very responsive, the building’s always in good shape. Feels more like home than just an apartment. The units are beautiful, spacious. In all I Would 100% recommend living here. I will rate this building and Management a thousand stars if I could!!!!

Negative experience: Their system generate payment receipts , which I continue to file, and yet my mother keeps getting late fee notices for the last 4 months, I have made them aware, they have promised to correct the issue, but nothing happens.... their entire operational practices is inefficient Today is the 6th, and there the problem is again! i received a response from them yesterday, asking me to call the office which is what I have to do every month, so I'll be doing that, i also sent a copy of the confirmation email for rent payment this month THEY SENT , it's absolutely inefficient, archaic and unprofessional the way they operate. You'll be getting my call by 9 AM......

Negative experience: I've called this company 57+ times over more than a year every time the receptionist tells me someone will call me back and no one ever returns a call. The only person that even attempted to help me was Talona Riviere. She was great and tried several avenues to help me and even gave me a follow-up call. I was told that Corrado would get back to me and I never heard from him. I don't see how this company stays in business. They have done nothing for our building.

Fantastic experience: The Alexander Group has been managing our Jersey City condo building for many years and the service and response has been excellent from the entire team, including the President Corrado Belgiovine. We recently had a pipe break in the building as a result of a contractor renovating a bathroom and Corrado immediately came to the building and spoke to the plumber and owner of the apartment to make sure they took care of the problem. Corrado is always available after hours when needed and if your condo association needs a property manager who cares about their clients and knows what they are doing, you should consider The Alexander Group.

Negative experience: This company manages my complex and its very difficult to reach them. They often do not follow up with any needs and concerns and they over charge. I would never recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: This business has no policy for condo owners to review financials, scheduling annual meetings or to communicate directly with staff to address concerns. I once sent an email to Alexander through its website. When I checked for their reply, it was dismissed/rejected.

Negative experience: The support and maintenance of buildings under their management is abysmal. They are totally unable to fix even the simplest of problems. Issues linger and never get fixed and wind up growing into larger unmanageable problems. We have been without basic building features like a reliable front door lock and buzzer for months. As a tenant I feel like I am being ripped off by paying my rent on time when the buildings are not maintained.

Negative experience: Mediocre and lackluster service. Very inconsistent response, especially when it is an urgent issue, like no hot water.
